How do you imagine the future is going to be?

My thought on how the future will turn out. Well, I see more wars breaking out. Possibly a World War 3. The whole paranoia of the 2012 crisis. Which will throw a lot of people into chaos. Pretty much. Hell in the future. =/

I think the same with the 2012

I think that from here on out the world will just spin more and more to chaos. We will start new wars, "end" old ones. And be attacked a few more times by other forces of the world. I believe that we as a world will slowly kill ourselves off.

I see the world deciding to wipe out the human population in 2013. The world will give us a false sense of comfort. We will sigh with relief that 2012 turned out to be nothing but a bunch of rubbish, and then the world will send everything into cataclysmic destruction as it laughs at the cruel little trick it played on us. 

I think that December 2012 will be a nightmare. =| Not to sound morbid, but I really do think that loads of people will commit suicide so that they don't have to deal with the supposed "end of the world." And then on the 22nd, when it's apparent that nothing happened, others will be saying to themselves, "Huh, looks like no one CAN predict when the apocalypse is going to happen." 

But then, of course, they'll come up with a NEW apocalypse date. Not sure when. Probably about 50 years from then, but to be honest, I feel like the human race will try killing each other off before then by starting WWIII. =| 

Doesn't sound like a very nice turn-out, but I won't be surprised if it happens.

The future is going to be pretty much the same as the now.

There will be a few futuristic things, but it will never be like it is on Futurama. At least not for many years when we are all gone.

Guess it depends what year you mean

I like to take one day at a time so I don't really think about that. Even though things look a little bleak for the climate of the future, I feel optimistic.

On the day of the Mayan Apocalypse in 2012, I heard that there is a solar storm that may hit the Earth that's brewing on the sun now. I heard that if it hits us then the power will be enough to destroy all electric technology in the world. Well, it's been a few years since I saw this thing, so I might be a little off, so don't quote me on any of this. Anyways, I predict that with our accelerating technology going back to square one, everyone will go mad. People dependent on technology will die, people waiting for the next episode of Doctor Who will go insane and start writing crazy messages in their showers. The people of Hollywood won't look as beautiful without their make up being processed in factories anymore and some may commit suicide in desperation, and no one would know because we will have to deliver news by horse again. And if that solar flare doesn't happen, a nuclear war will probably happen soon and kill all of us. Hmm... that prediction was almost as happy as the Dora the Explorer cartoons.

I will become overlord of the world, and all will bow down before me, but will also love and adore me. But I will have so much fun with this, I will become corrupted by my own power and send the world into Oblivion. Just so I don't get millions of hate mail from everyone when that happens, let me apologize for that now. I am sorry. I will never do it again....that's for sure....

It's going to be the same as it is. More new technology will be around like usual. Same old, same old. 2012 will be an amazing year for us lovers of news about stupid things that people decide are good ideas, and weird news, as well. It'll also be a hilarious year if you watch Deadradioair(if you love news that has to do with the stupid things people do, you will adore this guy's stuff). By 12-21-12, that day may be quite depressing and a day full of people robbing places and committing crimes "just in case" the world ends up ending.

2013 will be less of the funny, and more of the number 13. Thus, some industry will have bad luck. By 2134, we will be reliving the Fallout games.

I think it will be very different for the better and the worse... But we can't trust the government ever.

There will be new technologies like the 3DSi and/or the Xbox 1080, and there could be a world war 3 in where a nuclear bomb could be dropped on us.   "But we can't trust the government ever.", Melancholy's right, I'm not hip with stuff like Obama Care, etc, for all we know, this country might just have a government full of terrorists or we could even have a dictator.   When we come to another planet, we might end up like Doom.   Eventually the sun will die, and our planet will get caught in the supernova, if that doesn't happen first, the Earth might get wiped out by a man made virus, etc, etc.

A world ruled by one video-gaming legend who will defy the odds by defeating the forces of evil and corruption. A futuristic utopia where an Orwellian police state is actually more benevolent contrary to public opinion.

It's no big deal, really. Just the future as I view it, since I am a firm believer of hope.

In the chaos that stems from the 2012 nonsense, one man will rise up and take control of the entire world!! Any guesses who this could be? Ha ha, don't worry, ill be a kind and benevolent ruler (as long as you don't defy me MUAH HA HA!!!!)
