So I've decided to start Mafia Round 3 on November 19th. By then, it will have been 2 1/2 weeks since the game ended, and a fair compromise between 2 and 3 weeks of no mafia action. Since it's been about a month since the signups for Round 3 started, I'm just going to start the signups over.
