Right now I am listening to a playlist of all of the Naruto Shippuuden openings and endings on youtube. Aside from the ridiculous amount of filler the series has, its openings and soundtracks (even the ones from the original "Naruto") are excellent in my opinion. At the moment I am listening to the fifteenth ending in Shippuuden titled "You can do it" by Domino. This one is a personal favorite because both the music and the animation make this ending very fluid and fast paced--two things that really appeal to me as far as openings/endings go.

The song is about how society tries to tell us how we need to look a certain way, wear certain clothes, etc. to have a perfect life, and the media portrays celebrities as having said life, but I'm glad I have this imperfect life and have no need for their perfect life that's really a perfect lie.

I may or may not (totally am) be listening to it because I'm uncharacteristically upset with someone right now and wish I could let them know that I don't care about the perfection they pursued at my expense. They can have that lie and I'll be me, and be happy about that.
