The last movie I saw was Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 with a friend of mine last night. It was much better than I expected to be honest, but it's Marvel, I shouldn't be surprised.

Deadpool!! Yes, I know, I am very late to the party, but that is only due to the fact that I am underage. The movie was the best Marvel movie I had seen in a while and most definitely the best Fox movie I have ever seen! I enjoyed of second of the action packed scenes and found it incredibly funny, Fox has made up for the Deadpool we got in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. I liked how the directors did not make it like a normal superhero origin story, but instead portrayed Deadpool's origin through flashbacks of important scenes; that was very nice! Some of my friends were upset that it was rated R, but I think that was the perfect rating for it; I can't even picture Deadpool without being rated R! The only thing I am more hyped for than that is the sequel. I look forward to seeing how the writers will portray Cable and I have wondered...will it be a film introducing us to the origin of Cable and Deadpool, a story about an adventure of Cable and Deadpool, or both? Let me know!

Last movie I saw was Howl's Moving Castle, I thought it was great.

(It's been a while since I've posted here but it's also been a while since I've watched a movie, I hope I didn't already mention this movie)

The last movie I watched was Rogue One. I guess it was okay... It could have been better, but I guess it's understandable why the script had to be written that way (to make sure they didn't accidentally change the history of Star Wars =P ). lol

I don't remember the name of the movie but last movie I saw was in RE (actually we are still in the process of watching it). A French movies about 4 daughters and their father; their father was a very religious & racist man, hoping that his daughters were gonna marry religious people too. But the daughters weren't racist at all, and they all married to other different races;

Jewish,
Arabian
and Chinese. The movie later reveals that the single daughter has some "secret" relationship with an African, and all this creates weird moments in their lives. The name of the movie has something with dieu (God in French) in it, but I can't remember. Maybe someone here knows?

The last movie I watched was The secret life of pets. It was alright, I really thought Kevin Hart playing the little rabbit was funny. But the rest of the movie was okay I guess.

The last movie I watched was Kubo and the Two Strings, produced by Laika. I enjoyed the beautiful and exquisite (moving!) origami and the effort that was put into making the film using 3D stop-motion animation (I think they said they worked on the film for 5 years!), but as lovely as the art was, it somehow felt like the pacing for the entire film was kind of off (maybe there were too many changes to the backgrounds?) and the story didn't really answer all of the core questions that the audience/viewers like me wanted to know. In any case, I guess it still ended up being a nice, fairly family-friendly film with some spectacular/awesome visual effects.

Last movie I watched was actually a Japanese movie that we had been watching for a few lessons during Japanese class. It's called "Shall we dance?". I believe there is a western Hollywood adaption of the movie but this was the original Japanese version. The movie is about a Japanese business man who appears to have it all (a loving family, his own house, a successful career etc). Something seems to be missing from his life however. He starts seeing this woman looking out from a window and discovers that she is part of dance classes. In order to get closer to her he eventually starts taking these classes without telling his family or anyone else and also starts to develop a deep interest in dancing. 

The movie was very entertaining and interesting in how it played into Japanese culture. From what I've read and what the movie presented, most Japanese men don't dare dance in any situation with their partner, much less someone that isn't their partner so there's a lot of tension and skepticism as a result of him taking up the classes. It was a mix between a drama and a comedy though so of course there were unrealistic elements. As someone who mainly watches anime when it comes to Japanese movies, it's also interesting to see how Japanese movie making differs from the more western Hollywood movies. I would consider it a bit more subtle and slow paced with more talking and building up, a lot of things go without saying. Definitely had me interested in watching some other Japanese movies I've heard about.

Well, i saw a Batman movie from 2008. It was cool, until the DVD player i was watching the movie on acted weird with the DVD. But one funny thing: The trailers that are basically promoting other movies. One of them was about a Batman movie in an anime-ish style. And i forgot its name, otherwise i would like to watch that one as well.

(yes, i'm starting to be a batman freak... But who cares?)

I recently rewatched Suicide Squad with a friend at his house and it was a good time. You spot a lot of funny and nonsensical details on a second viewing which we discussed while watching it. Overall Suicide Squad really is an enjoyable but very flawed movie. Will Smith as Deadshot pretty much steals the show IMO which is nice considering all the skepticism surrounding him getting the role in the first place. Would've been more entertaining if the movie in stead centered completely around him and trying to get back to his daughter.

The Founder. Basically talks about the guy behind McDonald's success. I found it very sad honestly.

The last movie I watched was actually the Felix the Cat Movie, known for being pretty terrible.

I disagreed with a lot of it, but it was at least better than the 50s cartoon. Much much more interesting.

It was pretty catchy and although messily animated it still looked pretty alright. Not much of it made sense, though.

Thanks to my younger brother's obsession with Batman, the last movie I saw was the original Batman. It was corny but way too funny for me to dislike it. XD

Late last night I was watching the original Jack Reacher, which I loved. I was a big fan of the books before the movie came out so I knew that I was going to be a fan.


I loved the humor, and the action was pretty great. Aside for some story arches, I liked this a LOT more than I did the sequel.

I saw The Room for the first time. Ironically is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Its like if an alien tried to make a movie.

the last movie I watched was 'when in rome' yesterday with a friend of mine at a place. Cute movie!

The last movie I saw was Zootopia on Netflix. I didn't watch in originally in theaters, was told it was good, so I watched it, and I enjoyed it, so I don't think I wasted my time watching it.

The last movie I saw was Half Nelson.

The movie is great, fabulous story. It's honestly a really deep film that was made really well and still staying friendly enough for viewing without bringing out too much about the whole mass drug epidemic that wouldn't really make the movie what it is.

Plus Ryan gosling is amazing.
