First, before someone complains about me working on something other than site security, let me justify why I did this; 2 reasons:
1. I'm waiting for one of my servers to get set up
2. I'm also waiting for the professional that I hired to be available
So I'm just working on little things here and there while I wait.

Ok, now that I got that out of the way...

I've made a little 'tool tip' that displays when you hover your mouse over the 'Play Game' link on the RGR game pages. Basically it tells you the difference between the emulators, their features, and what is required in order to play the games in each emulator.

If the tool tip appears to be messed up, or doesn't work, on the game page press Ctrl + F5, that'll reload the CSS file which the page loads as well as the necessary javascript. If anyone has any comments or suggestions for the tool tip, please let me know.
