I have my threads set to the maximum per page, (partially so "Off Topic" is only 22 pages long, Partially so I don't have to click "Next page" every 5 posts, and partially to piss David off because that's what I'm good at)... And it never takes that long to load an entire page for me.

Then again, I have the L33t board settings:
VizzedBoard Lightning, Starry backgrounds...
And NO USER LAYOUTS.

Face it guys; User layouts are lame, detract from the REAL POST CONTENT, and take 15 years to load. If I set it so I saw every single post layout, I would NEVER be able to stay focussed on these threads enough to piss people off right.

I like layouts, I think they give posts more of a personality and make members stick out from eachother. I have no problem with members who choose to disable them, but I prefer to see them, just as long as they aren't annoying or offensive.
