I wouldn't say this is a game that I "beat", but recently now I actually went out and beat the story mode of Madden NFL 18 Longshot. It's a pretty cool game mode to beat, especially the cinematic QTEs in the game.

The last game I beat was Cuphead, that was a fun ride. The game is tough as hell, but I think it's very worth beating the game. It has that challenge of old games that have a similar gameplay. Definitely a game that hit it's hype, and not many games can do that.

The last game I beat was Titanfall 2 Deluxe edition for PC. I really enjoyed both the game-play mechanics for both the pilot and BT-7274. It had really good graphics and a good story-line I really would have liked to be able to fight Blisk though. All in all it was very enjoyable.

Just beat Space Harrier II for the Sega Genesis on the hardest difficulty for a stream. After a few restarts I was able to play through. My strategy was to play the last two levels first and then the rest (they can be selected), that way after trying not to die too much, I was past the most intense ones and would get some peace.

The last game I beat was Final Fantasy XV (Royal Edition) for PS4 about a week ago. I started the game in mid September, but with school, work, and other games competing for my attention, it ended up taking much longer to finish than I would've liked. It only took me 65 hours to beat the game, which, In hindsight, I could've done with far less grinding on my part. I still haven't 100% completed everything in the game or touched the DLC, but I'll save that for another day, at the moment, Smash Ultimate requires my attention.

The last game (well, games) I have beaten is the entire Spyro Reigned Trilogy, it took me 3 weeks to fully complete all 3 games (1 game a week)..
