Final Fantasy IV against Scarmiglione. My last playthrough I downed him in three turns while he did nothing but do that "walk as the undead" breath move. Cecil went "whack whack whack," Palom and Tellah went "pew pew pew," and Porom did pretty much nothing since no one was getting hurt.....

The way I play the Final Fantasy games... Most bosses are too easy.
It gets boring after a while, hence why I have yet to beat any of them other than part one. lol

I honestly don't know who will agree with me but the easiest boss for me was Omega from FFV Advance.

It took me 2 turns with 2 different characters to beat him. Both had Dual-Wield, Rapid Fire and Spellblade. Give them Hermes Sandals, and Spellblade Thundaga. Two Rapid Fire's later and he dies like it's nothing.

Honestly, the stupid Wing Raptor with its Multi-Target attack was more trouble early on without White Mages.

My easiest was easily (no pun intended) the first Gilgamesh fight in Final Fantasy V. It took me one Zeningage from a Samurai Job Class (which is already powerful enough) Galuf to take him down. Not only that, but I had an Elven Mantle as well, so that blocked the only attack that I threw at me. Gilgamesh is far from pathetic though. In Final Fantasy VI advance, he was actually the hardest boss for me. He's gaining power, obviously.
