Bigfoot. What do you think? Does it exsist?

I beleive that it exsist. People around the world claim to have seen it. Recent police reports have report here in the U.S.. The Himalayian range claims to have the Yeti. I beleive that this creature watches us for it is curious of us. Why can't we see it? Chineese proverbs says " What is the smartest animal on the planet. The one who hasn't been discovered by man." President Teddy wrote in his dairy while hunting for bears, that they came across a bear that was unbeleivable. Saying that it was larger that in bear he had every seen. That it looked like a man.

What do yo think? Real or Fake? Bigfoot.

Personally I don't believe in stuff like Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster.

On a side note, anyone remember Harry and the Hedersons? That show about the bigfoot guy? lol

I think theres something out there that people are seeing.Maybe it is some kind of ape or something.

The thing is that the mind is a strange thing. Sometimes people can swear they saw things that most likely never happened. But who knows.

I don't really believe in Bigfoot. Bigfoot is probably either a hallucination, joke, or a gorilla.

I think they have enough evidence to reasonable assert that they exist. At least enough to do thorough investigation of the wilderness, which they haven't. There's enough testimony for me. Yeah, they exist. But they're called Sasquatch.

Stikk : What evidence? If there are so many people who have claimed to see bigfoot/sasquatch, why is there no hard evidence? All we have are a few grainy videos, most of which have been debunked.

Considering how the footage started of it back in say the 50's or 60's, it has to be dead if it were even alive. I doubt a sasquatch could roam the Earth for around 50 years.

Actually, bigfoot has been roaming the earth for more than 10,000 years. During the first Ice Age, Gigantospicus was said to be the only ape to have gone extinct in that era. Today, Giganto's closet relatives are indeed the sasquatch. Though they have shruken over the years, they still leave behind massive footprints. Giganto is approx. 15 feet tall with a weight of 980lbs and a foot measurement at 10in. wide and 20in. long. Though they may be huge, they are said to move at lightning speed. Old couple once report that they say bigfoot walk across an active highway without getting hit and they were going 35mph. Theodore Roosevelt also has a close relationship with this creature and was planning to hunt it for the civilian before his heart gave out on him. There are so much more to this world still left uncovered and so much to never be learned.

I believe it exists. I've seen some footage of supposed sightings, and I don't believe it's a gorilla or a guy in a monkey suit. Of course, I also think they're really smart, so they hide from us without giving us a chance to get footage of them up close.

vizwiz123 : How right you are dude. According to scientist and my recent studies, it is a very social yet quiet animal. Uses knocking of wood to communicate when close, but when spread out, it unleashes a blood curtling sceam. I believe this creature watches us all the time. It is said that it watches from a far with curious eyes. If seen it will run, but it will not leave but stay in hiding a watch. It is very smart. One person once said that if you leave it food it will leave you a gift in exchange ( gifts: piles of rocks, twigs, dead animal, live animal suchas goat kids and kitten, etc).

It's really hard to tell if bigfoot is real, but from what makes most sense he's probably fake because if it was real don't you think that there would be more than one and why would a jiant, super strong gorilla type thing be "scared" to be seen by humas. Regular gorillas aren't even scared of us. So why in the world would big foot be "scared" to hang aroung. hmmmm

I don't really believe it. Most of the "proof" could have been manufactured and the people who assured that it was real were paid to say so. If a giant ape man ever emerges from a jungle I will adjust my opinion accordingly.

Hmmn. Interesting. Still you can't rule out whether it exsist or not. Gorillas were just discovered in the 1970's. An interview with an 60 year old man (a few years ago) that lived in the middle of the woods/forests said he doesn't know whether it exsist or not but the year before the interview he saw is first cougar/mountain lion.

I am extremely skeptical of Big Foot stories and I highly doubt it exists.

With things like satellite imaging, infrared cameras & thermal imaging, forensic science, and DNA sequencing... not to mention the fact that there is not any uncharted land in North America... I think it would be extremely unlikely that an animal as large as bigfoot (apparently large as or larger than a gorilla) could exist in any of the areas where sightings are reported.

Over hundreds of years not a single body, grave, nor bone has been found from these huge animals. Think about that for a second... A huge 600+ pound animal that lives in the forest, and there is not a single body ever found?? :/ Nor are there any confirmed DNA samples, or nesting grounds, fur, feces or any other type of sample. If these animals were anything like gorillas or humans then they would definitely leave at least some type of sign.

I agree with everything Annette said, it's impossible that an animal of this size and fame would not have been found if it did exist. Knowing our species, we would either be eating it, or have it doing slave work for us if it showed any intelligence. As much as people want to believe it exists, that can't convince me that it does. If someone managed to take an actual video recording of one, a clear one, not any of this blurry garbage that the crappiest camera phone can take better shots of, then maybe I would become a skeptic instead of a non believer. Show me some DNA unlike any animal we've found yet, and I might agree that there's some large animal we haven't discovered yet. Getting drunk with your bodies and seeing your big hairy man friend go streaking doesn't constitute a big foot sighting.
