Yeah, I've been hitting the weights since I was 14--so 12 years now. I have 16 different work-outs for the week. I'll do 8 one day and the other eight the next day--4 to 5 sets each, for 6 days out of the week, which consists of about 20-50 min. a day depending on how lazy I am.

I try to work out as much as I can, but I have lacrosse and so I run more than I lift, because I use more brute strength than muscular strength/endurance, but I still lift sometimes so I don't lose all of it.

I think I work out a lot I have school weightlifting and after that I have track practice. Then I sometimes go to the Y and lift some more or play basketball. I don't know if basketball or track practice are considered working out but I lift for about 60-90 minutes a day.

I've like almost never worked out, ever. Every day, i do a couple sit ups and push ups, but thats it. The only reason i stay in shape is cuz im constantly riding my bike. That doesn't count as working out, though.

That is a definite no. Which is actually bad habit of mine. Once in a while I will go for a walk, or play DDR, or go swimming in my pool, but it doesn't really count as regular physical activity. Now that it's sunny outside I guess I have no excuse, I should start jogging.

Yes, I work out all the time, 6 days a week if I can.  I mostly jog.  It used to be that I jogged 4-6km a day, but since I've been training for a half marathon, it's 7.Km every day or so (I'll fit some walking time in that because I can't keep it ALL the time) and I've bumped up my long jog once a week to about 10km.  My goal is to beat my 2:06 time.  I also get into playing soccer when it's the right season.  When I'm at university, I have two practices and a game every week.  Even on my off days, I try to get out for a walk; otherwise, I'll go crazy.  I also try to keep up with some sit ups here and there.
