Okay, since Cod4 won't work on my cd/dvd drive, I want to replace it with my dad's drive since I tested cod4 on there and it worked.
Anyone know how to remove this?
And also, where are teh image tags?

Are we talking about a laptop or a desktop PC?
Desktop to desktop you can do in most cases, but laptop to laptop, desktop to laptop or laptop to desktop you cant do.

If it's desktop to desktop, first make sure both PCs say the same device type on the properties tab.
You see how it says ATA Device? Both drives should say that, otherwise they might not be able to be switched around.
If they both say ATA Device and are in desktops then you can probally safely switch them around.

Normally all you need to do is turn off the PC, take the cover off the PC, unscrew the screws holding the drive in place, unplug the plugs, and swap it around.
Windows should take care of the rest once you turn the PC back on, so long as you plugged the plugs in properly and screwed the drive in.

I'll check if my dad's laptop is ATA tomorrow.
I don't wanna get killed by my dad.

I definately would not recommend trying that as most laptop disk drives are not meant to be taken out and mucked around with unless you know exactly what you are doing.
The main reasoning is that most times you have to open the main laptop casing itself, which means you expose not only the disk drive but the cpu and mainboard, which if you are not careful could cause an issue.
The basic rule of thumb is that a desktop PC you can modify to your hearts content, but a laptop you can really only change the ram and the hard drive.
You can try of course, but I wouldnt unless you are sure you can put them back together properly.

Okay, since I trust what you say, I guess I shouldn't try it.
