The top link is all about the price and release date and the second one only has a small section about the 3DS(all estimates). I just dont see how the 3DS is worth $250-$300 (even if it does have metal gear solid as a confirmed game and a star fox 64 remake). If i ever do get this thing, i will be waiting for the price to go down.

Well now that i have looked into it more, I realize this isn't another dsi gimmick things, the graphics even surpass the ps2 (i would post some screen shots but i would have to find em again). so i think i will buy one when it comes out, also the fact that there are 31 games confirmed and i like most of them doesn't hurt
EDIT: also more things i have found are leaning towards $200 - $250, once again just more estimates.

I think one reason why Nintendo dominates the handheld market is because their systems are durable. I've dropped multiple handheld systems on concrete, hardwood, bare ground, & many other surfaces and they've still worked. Their controllers, on the other hand, are a different story.
