Hmm... I think the only 2024 anime I've watched was the Hashira training arc of Demon Slayer, so I guess that would make it my favorite by default. The only reason I watched it was because I was bored and I'd already finished the Demon Slayer manga, so I was hardly taking a chance on something new since I already knew what I'd be getting.

I should really pick up something new to watch since I tend to go back and re-watch older shows. I've heard very good things about Frieren and Dandadan (such a goofy title to type out, lol), so I might give one of those a try sometime soon.

While it's been slow at points I've really enjoyed having a weekly Dragon Ball anime again it's not what I would of chose to do if I was making a new anime but when Toriyama passed it sorta gained a whole new feeling around it so my choice is Dragon Ball Daima, it blows my mind that people were so quick to write it off though. I don't really watch a lot of anime anymore so I struggle to remember what other new anime I tried watching in 2024.

A lot of the anime that I watched in 2024 were sequels to anime that were already some of my favorites, so they were ones that I already liked such as Moonlit Fantasy, Konosuba, and Re:Zero. Some of the ones that I liked the most that didn't have that kind of bias were Kaiju No. 8, Wistoria, and Dan Da Dan. I wasn't even planning on watching Kaiju No. 8 or Dan Da Dan in the first place but I really liked both once I finally got around to watching.

I normally only watch really old animes, like from 2010s and stuff lol, but I watched Kaiju No. 8 recently, and I think that was a 2024 anime.

It was pretty good, kinda basic but I like shows like that.
