becerra95 : While it is true I have never won the TdV and it would make for a great story, classgame has finished runner up four times in a row. Maybe we can tie and both win? I would feel terrible giving her a fifth straight second place.

But I'd also feel pretty damn great winning.

And anyone know wtf is up with sonic's username color. Bro didn't purchase the vizzed premium.

Barathemos : LOL I went back to my original idea for a username color since when I first did it I wasn't happy with how it looked with my picture wearing orange and such but that picture of me wearing orange was from when I was 16 so the new picture is at least closer to my current age but I just kinda threw it together so I could change my colors to Scarlet and Gray like I planned to years ago I'll admit it throws me off looking at it too but I think it looks good with the picture.

As for classgame coming up short 4 times in a row I think she might disagree with me on this but I think it'd be lame to let her win you already were down huge so in my opinion I think you should give it your best shot and if she can beat you she does but if not why should you have to throw away a chance to win a tdv with how well your doing but that's just my opinion on the matter.

It’s really depends on determination and life itself. Classgame did say she is busy with work or something and to have that huge lead at this moment… if barathemos is able to overcome it then he definitely deserves the title. Either way whoever wins will be their first crown of the tour and he/she deserves it. Though I am rooting more on Barathemos just because he came out of nowhere and started closing in the gap. The way I see it, sorry for the soccer reference, Barathemos is like Real Madrid of last year on the Champions league (underdogs and no one expected them to win the tournament with stronger opponents).

Will she able to keep the lead or will our main hero overtake the crown? Who knows but we are certain that Sonic has retired.

I did well yesterday. I was wanting to gain some ground and move up in the standings. Looks like I accomplished that. My goal is to finish in the top 10. I would really like to finish in the top 5.

Barathemos : Has David ever said what would happen if there was a tie? even I tied once with another user early in the last tour

Bec: yes I am busy at work three days a week, however the work week is finished for me for the week so I can regain my footing, the only place I have struggled most is in the yellow jersey department, mostly because I chose to scale back on the review writing, though I have been pre-writing some reviews in my spare time (I kind of have to because on certain double CP days I wouldn't have time to write any reviews live)

I'm sure it would go to the same tiebreaker that all the jerseys do, which is most post words I believe. Which might be a little lopsided as a tiebreaker

I suppose if there's no fun in letting you win than I will challenge you to the end. Still got a long way to go despite the last three days, I guess that's what I get for not participating for the first week of the competition.

tornadocam : I think you for sure can get top 5, you've had some pretty good performances in the last week. Only a days worth of points behind 5th now, maybe you can even get up to third

Welcome back alexanyways!

Dang even being retired I could only stay out of the top 10 for 10 whole days now the question is will I stay in the top 10 or will I get pushed out before the end of the month... Well if I manage to do some of my only remaining goals I'll probably stay top 10 but we'll see I keep trying to get myself motivated just to realize I don't really wanna compete badly enough to make it happen. Maybe next tour de vizzed I'll commit to doing recaps of it like some sports announcer might be a fun idea or maybe a waste since idk if anyone would actually watch that lol.

Thanks David! If I don't end up sealing many jerseys away this month, I plan on rigorously setting up a lot of engaging threads for the board to kick off 2023. Competition is fierce this time around and I can't wait to see if I can snag me a color for all of February.

It's good to see Alex back around, even though his participation has slowed me down a little bit. I appreciate the competition.

Yesterday I wanted to win the yellow, but the 3k words was just unattainable for me, especially with Alex getting back on after 11PM and making some more posts.

Barathemos : I really gotta respect the last minute heat that was brought towards the end. We both jumped up nearly 1000 words within the last 20-30 minutes. I was typing like an absolute madman, faster than I have in several years.

I thought for sure the yellow would be mine. I'll be going for an italic name today at the very least so get ready haha.

I know I mentioned before I wanted to win 3 yellows but uh yeah I don't think that's happening as fierce as the competition for that jersey is right now so I'll go back to my original plan of trying to steal some greens here and there. Also I forgot to say it in my last post so welcome back alex!

I’m appalled that David hasn’t mentioned your tour de vizzed retirement on this platform and I feel like it’s a shame that we can’t celebrate your decorated career from a spunky underdog to a murderous, burying every competitor villain who enjoys the suffering of people not winning, especially classgame, sorry I sneezed on text form. Though maybe you’re just forgotten now.

As for the competition, Alex’s sudden participation really got things into a halt for my boy Barathemos. How will the Golden Child be able to overcome a conniving obstacle who is Long Worded Alex?

becerra95 : Maybe he hasn't cause of how bad I am at retiring from tour de vizzed or he'd rather focus on the people actually competing which I think is fair. Though I do find your description of my career in tdv pretty entertaining and pretty accurate I think I even pointed out a few times that I was the antagonist of a few tdvs after starting out as the underdog that had promised Furret I'd try and win one which turned into me competing for 3 years in a row.

Bara is currently making the comeback of the ages I know alex is slowing him down just a bit but I believe in bara finally picking up a win in tour de vizzed!

Wow, Bara surely has the greatest momentum right now. From light blue to gray, and next week probably rainbow xD

It's amazing to see so many people being active, even more to see they're familiar names of the past. This competition is now as close to its golden days as ever, and we can still see many awesome battles in the whole second half of the month.
