I'm not quite sure how to introduce myself other than saying hello! I'm GYRO, and despite my account being fresh, I've been on here since around 2010. when I first found this website, I lived in the middle of nowhere with dial up LMAO it wasn't fun, but I remember the highlight of my day was getting off of the school bus, getting some food and waiting for vizzed to load up super mario bros. 3 on my old dell computer running windows xp, mind you this was dial up, so the wait was a little lengthy haha. I lurk around here from time to time to feel a little nostalgia from a simpler time or to play games without going out of my way to set up an emulator lol. its nice to finally make a thread and introduce myself!

Heyo welcome back to the site! I think most people I know of were introduced to the site thanks to the retro game room including myself as I can still remember 12 year old me coming upstairs and my uncle being like I found this website where you can play old games but you can't save and then from looking around I found out you could save by signing up so I did. We don't get many people from that era around here anymore. I'll tell ya, 2010 - 2011 were the best. We had such a vibrant community at the time, and everything just seemed to work. This place is a bit like a nostalgia shrine now.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
