Youtube will be able to read all your mails and be able to impersonate you if you're not careful. I've heard horror stories of people losing sleep because Youtube stole it from them. These people steal everything man, I'd be worried. New car? Youtube stole it. Pair of socks you can't seem to find? Youtube stole it. Last slice of pizza? Youtube stole it. They're thieves man, evil corporation. They can't charge you money though, so don't worry about that.
