What's the "worst" "good" thing you've ever bought?

It's a bit hard to explain but have you ever bought something that's caused you a ton of pain, stress, etc, but you still use, keep, like because you like it or because it's really good?

I was thinking about this topic because of a Fitbit that I bought. I love it so much because it does everything. It tells the time, counts your steps, does other stuff. But despite having it for less than 6 weeks, I've had to do a factory reset multiple times and it's so much stress because it takes hours to do and I lose like 3 or 4 days worth of steps each time. but I still love the device itself.

What about you? Is there something you can't get enough of despite how annoying/bad/cruel it is?

For me, it would be the Hori Split Pad Pro. If you aren't aware of what that is, it's basically a pair of joycons that's bigger and looks very different from normal joycons. One major reason I bought it besides being cheaper than normal joycons is the customizable buttons on the back and the turbo feature. I've had them for over a year now, and my L button's already close to failing completely. I keep thinking to myself that I should buy a new pair but I'd rather not shell out another $50 for a controller that'll likely start going bad in another year over and over again. Thankfully joycon drift hasn't been an issue with it yet, but it could still happen eventually. It took a couple of years for my first joycon pair to get drift.

I made the awful decision to buy a mountain bike in high school even though there are no mountains around me. I just thought it looked cool, and I liked that it has huge tires. Years later, I still ride that bike a lot. It's so hard to steer it well with the huge tires, and it's kind of noisy, but I still enjoy riding it in the spring and summer when the weather is ideal.

For me I think that would be my cats, they're dummies and stress me out, especially one with a skin condition, but I love both of them and wouldn't get rid of them for anything.
