I almost cannot believe what happened. Today, I had awakened during 3:47 AM, and was ready to plan ahead. However; instead I somehow ended up realizing it was 5:47 AM in what felt like half an hour. I am so confused. I am quite punctual, so I'm perplexed to the outcome. My dyslexia plays a massive part, as I cannot comprehend time flow. It's hard to believe that my reflection and thoughts regarding Star Wars would keep me in bed for two hours. I tend to think of things I like obsessively, without keeping track of the real world's rhythm. How do you all manage your time efficiently? I would be humbled knowing that. Perhaps it would help. Thank you.

I have a similar problem, I can enter a brooding contemplative state as I plan things in my head, play out different scenarios, I get so caught up in my mind I can't be productive. Something that I can do is set up alarms on my ipod, even if it's just a few minutes ahead, in order for me to stay on task or snap me out of it.

Also on terms of procrastination, I tend to leave markers near devices or around places I tend to look, sticky notes or just an associative item to question why I'd put it there, not only as a nag to keep focused but also if I straight up forget what I was supposed to be doing.

Boy wouldn't I like to know. I'm zoned out more than I am in every day. On auto pilot most of the time and I hate it. Can't study, can't work, struggle with what's supposed to be normal daily routine. I'm afraid all I can offer on this topic is understanding.
