As of right now, I think the person I'd most like to meet in real life would be Mookie Betts. I've had a lot of near meetings with him in my life, and it would be cool to finally close the gap that we've had so far.

I mostly would want to talk to him and let him know how much his career has meant to me and my wife.

hmmm, i'd say Shigeru Miyamoto i guess? he's a person i've been admiring for a while. we will most probably need a translator with us though as i don't think he speaks a lot of English hehe. i'd like it to be a casual convo! Shiggy seems like a positive person, he smiles in most of his pictures

I would meet Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario and other video game characters. I have really enjoyed all the Mario voices in the games I've played and watched, and it'd be amazing to get to know the man behind the voice!
