Guess That Pokemon was my favorite thread when I first discovered Vizzed Board many moons ago. I was wondering what happened to it, and I discovered that it was closed after being inactive since 2016. So... I'm bringing it back! Here is Guess That Pokemon v2! I was going to come up with a more creative name, but if Game Freak is allowed to get away with adding a just adding a 2 to the titles of their sequels (Black & White), so am I!


Here are the rules:

One person gives a few hints about a Pokemon. Other people then take turns trying to guess what Pokemon the first user was describing. Whoever guesses it correctly first gets to come up with the next riddle.

I'll start:

-I have a special ability that no other Pokemon has.
-I was introduced before the 3DS was created, but after the Game Boy Color.
-I do not evolve.
-I serve a unique role in the overworld of at least 1 Pokemon game.

You're correct! I was laughing so hard when your first guess was Whismur haha but I couldn't give it away.

The first hint was a reference to its role in Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness / Time / Sky which nobody got sadly

Second was a reference to its ability Soundproof and the third was just its typing, normal, being immune to ghost. And it's a part of the third generation.

Didn't think it'd be that hard lol, your turn!

Furret : Ah, I did play Explorers of Time but I don't remember much of it. I knew I was on to something with Whismur, not sure why I didn't keep guessing within that evolutionary line lol.
