this game isnt that hard... just need to get used to it. its not like the newer f zero games where u just hold a and go fast, in this u gotta incorporate using boost, leaning your craft, and knowing when to let go of a to take those tight turns

FZERO X (N64)
Solid gameplay, mild storyline and fender-bender style combat is what the F-Zero franchise is made of. F-Zero X fall nowhere short of that expectation.
One of the greatest racers of its time, F-Zero X shows what an N64 is really capable of. Smooth, yet frantic gameplay, along with decent graphics (though at the speeds in the game you wont have much time to indulge in the scenery) and an amazing framerate, keeping in mind the system would have to account for 30 individual racers at lightning fast speeds.
Overall, F-Zero X is an amazing game of it\'s time, and will not disappoint, either newcomers or returning fans

Starfox 2
This game is a personal favourite, for its solid gameplay, exceptional graphic that aren\'t as confusing as the first game in the series, and a unique storyline that will intrigue both newcomers and old fans alike.
Now for the negatives, though i hate to say it, there are a few let downs to this game, one, being the length. Now, the can be a good thing as well, depending on how you look at it; but right now i\'m going to use it as a negative, since the game had so much more potential, yet to play the game through and get perfection (everything completely done, see my screenshot above) only takes about 20 minutes. Another downfall i found was during the few fights where there were too many enemies on screen, and lag occurred, as the game engines couldn\'t handle the large enemy count at once.
That aside, this game is an amazing addition to the Star Fox series, and a must play for all fans. A definite highlight of Nintendo\'s achievement.
