Dead Or Alive 5:The Last Round
Introduction:

Dead Or Alive 5:The Last Round:From the developers of (Team Ninja) and the (koei Tecmo) publishers. What can i say about this game..Let me think.Okay.It's simply a martial arts 3-D action game with a story mode to choose OR just a simply one on one arcade mode or if you choose so (tag team) arcade mode which has a roster of 36 characters with two you will have to unlock (But cannot do so within the game, you'll have to buy them which i find irritating) and those two are "Naotora Ii" from "Samurai Warriors 4" and one of the classic female fighters from Neo Geo's "Fatal Fury"Mai Shiranui" .The other 34 characters includes a female character which people question from a certain anime cartoon if its her (I'm not too familiar so i do not have answers either) but her name is "Honoka" Also "Momiji" & "Rachel" from the "Ninja Gaiden" series. And Last but not least, four characters who are special guest's,a special appearance from the classic "Virtua Fighter" series "Jacky"."Sarah"."Pai".And "Akira".Soo now,the 27 remaining fighters who are from the D.O.A series. (Now from Dead Or Alive).

Well, now that i mentioned EVERY ONE who is in the game, you can add that to what this game offers.I'd like to point out that this game is not that type of game like street fighter where you can shoot fire balls or have any special powers, although some fighters have unique special abilities (At times if theyre kind of freaky) but this game focuses mostly on the ma... Street Fighter II - The World Warrior

Street Fighter II:The World Warrior (Snes)
Introduction:

From the developers of Capcom and one of Capcom's greastest hits.I may sound too much nostalgic here but im going to point it out anyway. It was one of my old time favorites from my retro childhood experience at the arcades which i spent dozens of quarters on when i was not even a pro (Mostly getting defeated but was so much fun) was one of the best 2-D fighter games which i enjoyed playing and had a blast when it finally came out on home consoles such as the Super Nintendo Entertainment System at my cousins house (Which i eventually owned my own console and cartridge a short time later).Anyways.."Street Fighter II:The World Warrior" for the Super Nintendo was the first of the series to reach home consoles and was a treat for all those arcade fans who longed for it,this is a 2-D martial arts one on one tournament fighting game which has a roster of only eight competitors who's names are."Ryu"."Ken"."Zangief"."Dhalsim"."E.Honda"."Blanka"."Guile".And the only female fighter in the game at the time but one of my favorites "Chun-Li".Each fighter has a unique style of fighting with special moves you can preform.Choose your fighter and face all of your opponents on their destiny to meet the final boss "M.Bison".

Story:5 And
Depth:5

In the beggining of the Street Fighter games series, It's always just been plain and simple.Choose your fighter and have them get on their journey to defeat M.Bison.On their way down they will have to defeat all 11 opponents before getting to the final boss. There is two mini-games you will get for bonus score and once you defeat all eight fighters which you see in the roster, four extra opponents will pop out on the map with added locations that the plane travels to prove yourself to the strongest fighters in the world. And now the extra characters are introduced. The formidable and banned former boxer known as "Balrog". The Iron clawed maniac "Vega". The dangerous muay thai fighter known as "Sagat" and... Read the rest of this Review

PSX- Interactive CD Sampler Disk Vol. 9
Introduction: 7/10

Video -games were becoming bigger, better and more advanced as the playstation was developing more and more title releases  ,when everyone was hearing the new quote for gaming "Live In Your World ,Play In Ours" and being aware that the Sony Playstation was the modern day 3-D Videogame console that was on top, that every one was talking about .As my review continues,i know demos never even get reviews, and seems a little odd and weird ,but my review about this game is simply is going to be short ,and  all about my memories of it ,and how much fun and epic it was back then when all these games were the modern day top new releases as the sony playstation was developing more games as the years went by .I remember this disk being my first ever cd for my first ever sony playstation i got as a late christmas present when i was younger in the late 90's and remember having a blast with this new experience of gaming since i was always with just super nintendo ,the playstaion got me really exited and impressed at the time ,having 3-d games upgraded with voice overs, movie intros including cutscenes as the game's progress.

PSX- Interactive CD Sampler Disk Vol. 9 usualy came with the whole set of the sony playstation console on a certain year i belive it was 98 or 99 ,and it is packed with one of the most popular titles ,that demonstrated the new era of gaming in the late 90's.As the cd is loaded ,the demo disk will introduce a list of  fourteen playable games with two video trailers. This jam-packed disk features ,"Metal gear Solid" Tomb Raider 3" Cool Boarders 3 " "Medievil" Spyro The Dragon" WIld 9" Grand Turismo" Bust -A-Move 4" NFL GameDay 99" Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped " A Bug's Life" Brave Fencer Musashi" Rally Cross 2" NHL Faceoff 99" and last ,only 2 video trailers "Twisted Metal 3" and "Rugrats"

Rise to Honor

Rise To Honor (Playstation 2)
Introduction:7/10

"Rise To Honor" for the sony playstation 2 game console, is a one player fast paced martial arts 3-d action and adventure game starring the famous and well known Beijing China man known as the famous superstar "Jet Li" starring in the game that was created by "Sony Computer Entertainment America"  which was released in the year 2004 only for the sony playstation 2.This game is similar to how the old school hong kong martial arts movies were from the 90's with a lot of martial arts mayhem, and also giving you the choice to either change the language settings  to "Cantonese" with english subtitles,or just simply "English".In this game you control "Jet Li" who has dozens of martial arts moves, taking on street thugs, and criminal bosses through out the game

Game Play and difficulty:7/10

In this game "Rise To Honor" it is really all about fighting ,it is a 3-d beat em up style game ,where you must initiate combos to be able to defeat all enemies who approach you,and as you continue to strike enough ,you will get a power meter up ,for you can get the adrenaline activated, and go in rage mode where your moves become more powerful ,but it is limited and you must press the right rotating anolog stick, slowly and (not quickly) like when you are fighting normally.Speaking about the controls, for a first timer, who is playing the Rise To Honor game ,the player will notice that this game's rules are like no other martial arts game. The Rise To Honor game takes you to a different level in controls which may be a little confusing as you first start,i know i was confused the first time i played this game ten years ago .The buttons such as ,triangle, square, circle ,and (X) do not work for ,blocking, kicks, throws or punches, but instead ,all your kicks ,blocking, punches and throws, are ALL on the right analog stick. [To be continued]

Controls are not that easy in "Rise To Honor"  as my review about the controls ... Read the rest of this Review
SNK vs. Capcom - SVC Chaos (JAMMA PCB, set 1)
01-09-15 03:40 PM
SNK Vs Capcom Chaos (Mame Arcade)
Introduction:7/10

SNK Vs Capcom Chaos ,is a one,to two players 2d martial arts action packed fighting game developed by "SNK Playmore" in the year 2003 ,and it is one of the best arcade fighting games, which features two of the most legendary arcade fighting titles, such as Capcoms "Street Fighter" and Neo Geos "The King Of Fighters  ".SNK V.s Capcom Chaos starts off with a very decent and well made intro that has that "Streetfighter animated movie"  feel to it,introducing some characters from SNK and capcom. This arcade smash hit includes 24 playable different characters to choose from ,on the left of the character seletion screen ,you will have 12 different characters from the king of fighters. And on the right side of the screen, you will have 12 capcom characters .Choose your favorite fighter and enter the chaos, but move it fast ,you will only have 15 seconds to make your decision,or it will choose the character for you.

Game Play and controls:3/10

Just like all Street fighter, and SNK fighting games, the game play is the exact same thing. One on one match , Block, punch, kick ,preform special moves ,preform super special moves  .The controls are really smooth, fast paced fighting just like any other fighting game you have played of street fighter, but you will have to know the button combinations for the special moves and super special moves. They can be figured out,so it would not be that much of a problem.

Story :7/10

The story in SNK vs Capcom Chaos, is pretty okay for a 2-d fighting game, each character will always communicate ,no matter who you will pick, the two characters will always talk smart quotes to eachother ,meaning it wont be repetitive, the characters are pretty smart and say exactly what is convinient to whoever the character is that they are speaking to.Then the other character will reply, and then ,the duel begins. When you reach the final boss and defeat him,you will also get a cut-scene ... Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Tournament Fighters
12-13-14 12:59 PM
TMNT :Tournament fighters (Snes)
One of my best strategys for tournament fighters on the super nintendo is to choose Michaelangelo in the tournament mode.In every match try to preform a special rolling attack and it's pretty similar to " Blanka's rolling attack from Streetfighter"  and also it's the same controls ,if you dont know it ,it's hold backwards for 1 second or more then at the sametime press forward right away along with fierce punch ,most of the time your opponent will block the special move mostly every time you do,but if you're lucky enough ,there will be times when he will get hit by it taking tremendous hit's to the head that will get him groggy ,but anyways if for some reason he keeps blocking it ,you always get benefits from it because you'll get your power meter special filled up anyway and when it's full ,press fierce punch and fierce kick at the same time ( close to the opponent as possible )and michaelangelo will unleash his endless raging combos that will automatically drain a tremendous amount of energy out of your opponent .You'll deffinetly need to do this type of strategy especially when you're going up against really formidible fighters that are really difficult to pick up a win over like the Shredder ,ralphael ,Ratking and Karai. You can also pick another turtle (I recommend Ralphael) because it's the same buttons for his special moves ,hold back, then forward and fierce punch ,he wont do a rolling attack like michaelangelo but instead he will preform a spinning tornado (Similar to M.Bisons psycho crusher from the game "Street fighter" ) with both his sai's pointing at his opponent. If your opponent blocks this all the time ,then as soon as the move ends ,right away hold down the fierce punch button and press either left or right depending where your opponent is standing  (Left if he is standing on the left or right if he is standing on the right) and preform a throw (Works for me always) then repeat .And just like michaelangelo your power bar for your raging spec... Hyper Street Fighter 2: The Anniversary Edition (USA 040202)
12-13-14 12:22 PM
Hyper Street Fighter 2: The Anniversary Edition (Mame Arcade)
Your best strategy for Hyper streetfighter 2 anniversary edition is to never be in a hurry in a match ,and what i mean is for example when fighting someone like ken, avoid doing jumping maneuvers towards him because he will automatically unleash his dragon punch upercut.OKAY ,If you time this right when he is preforming a hadouken, then you can execute a jumping attack towards him wether its a fly kick or an air punch ,that's one way to get him hit by you .Another strategy is, if at any moment you see he's doing a flying dragon upercut ,and you're fighter is safely apart from it ,grab him as soon as he comes down and preform a throw by holding down the fierce punch button or the fierce kick button .When he goes for a tornado kick ,duck down ,and stay low and as he comes to you ,press the fierce punch button so you will do an upercut (Easy way to counter that move depending if you're using a fighter who does upercuts ducking down like ryu and not some one like chun -li..(how to beat Zangief easily possibly getting perfects for both rounds) Okay now as soon as the match starts against zangief ,and i prefer to do this with ken or ryu,one way to get him down easily is to press left jump flipping backwards ,and  stay in one spot. And as zangief walks towards you just jump up and fierce kick (Timing it right not too fast)  everytime he comes towards you, when you have done it enough ,he will fall down and get up groggy,go towards him and preform a throw .then when hes no longer groggy and walking normal again  , continue the jumping kick trick ,Just keep doing that over  and over till he cant take anymore from you, sort of like lather ,rinse and repeat.
