Zelda II - The Adventure of Link

Save the Princess, Save the World
Story: Princess Zelda is sleeping in the altar, Link our brave hero has to wake her up by collecting the mighty Triforce and in order to do so, he has to go trough Seven hells ! umm.. I mean trough Seven temple's to get the key to the palace of Ganon where the Triforce is.. That is the only way to wake up our beautiful Zelda. In his journeys Link notices that the world of Hyrule is in peril. There are agents of Ganon spying people in the towns and the world lingers many dangerous enemies who tries to stop our hero in his quest.

As usual there aren't much telling about the story in-game when it comes to NES games. But I bet most of the people who plays this game, will understand the major point what is happening here. The story is very basic when it comes to Zelda games, nothing special about that.. Same goes for Super Mario's where you always try to save the princess.. But anyways, I like this story in all it's simpleness.

Depth: Well first of all I really like the Over world system, where you can choose your way and you don't have to just go straight forward and there is these random enemy encounters when they pop out of nowhere and starts to linger in world map. And the idea that you have to stay and level up your character to make yourself stronger so you have better chance to survive in the cruel world of hyrule. And also that there is lot of secret places to find in the map and in the towns and dungeons, so keep on your eye on things and listen what town folks have to say. These kind of things makes the game much longer than it would normally be and much more interesting in my opinion.

Sound: I really like the soundtrack of this game, the good old 8 bit sound brings back memories and keeps the game interesting. When you step first time out of the temple where princess Zelda is sleeping you find out how good the over world music is and makes you want to play the game much further. And about the sounds and effects, I think they are nice... Read the rest of this Review
Resident Evil 2

"You're right. This is just the beginning.."
STORY:

If your familiar to this series you know this happens after the accident in Resident Evil 1, the researcher named William Birkin was working for company called Umbrella Corporation who makes medical and pharmaceutical and various other things in public, but in secret laboratory out of the government and common folks eyes they make biochemical weapons. Birkin was developing a new substance called G-Virus in a secret laboratory somewhere in the sewers of Raccoon City that was supposed to attack your cells mutating your DNA and make you stronger and make you regenerate faster so your be technically immortal, but when Birkin finished the project he was planning to sell it to US Government and when Umbrella heard about this they ordered a team to eliminate Birkin and take the G-Virus back to the Umbrella. The team was able to murder him, but with his final breath he infected himself to the virus and mutated to a hideous monstrosity and massacred the whole team, the virus vials that they had broke and rats in the sewers started to eat it and then the g-virus spread through the city and turned humans to a walking living deads and because the infection spread if one who had it bites or even scratches you. The virus spread fast and it didn’t take much time when the whole city was infected.

Here is a little bit how the story started, well after the incident two people known as Leon S. Kennedy who was transformed to Raccoon City police, so this was supposed to be his first day in the job came to the city and I have to say it could be any worse first day at work for this guy. And the other person is known as Claire Redfield who came to the city to find his brother Chris who worked for Raccoon City’s police too, but he was in the special forces known as S.T.A.R.S. These two met in the some random gas station when they were attacked by the zombies (living deads if someone does not know what that is.) And this is just the beginning.

"He who holds the Spirit stone..."
Hi this is my third review, I was quite surprised that no one has made a review about this excellent game, so I guess I have to do it.

STORY: So I start with the most important thing about RP games and that is the story of course. First I tell just a little about the story it self, try not to fell asleep.

It starts from the small port town called Parm, there lives this young lively boy called Justin and his good friend Sue who is like a sister to Justin and always trying to keep him out of trouble but hardly ever success on it. Justin's father was a Adventurer who traveled in all over the world, but I think he died in his adventures a some time ago, but now he lives with his mother Lily who owns a restaurant/bar in the Parm.. Anyways Justin's father left something important to him and that is the mystical green stone called 'Spirit stone'. Nor did his father or himself knew what kind of powers this stone held inside of it.

One fine day when Justin and Sue was playing their usual adventure games in the city of Parm, they got this letter from the Curator of the museum so they could go search the near 'Sult ruins' but when they arrived there it was urrently being excavated by the 'Garlyle forces', there they met these 3 lieutenant's Nana, Saki and Milo and one of these girls rip the Justin's letter in half and said him to get out of here, but the adventurer's heart was burning so hot that he did not listened them and sneaked inside the Sult ruins with Sue.... And in the end of ruins they found this mystical room where they realized that the Spirit stone in Justin's neck started to glow and the strange statues moved and the path was open to them... In that room they heard a voice calling the Spirit stone.. Then they met her, Liete of the Angelou who tells them about the world of their ancient civilization... And now the story just begins...

So I give this story 9, why? I liked who the young boy wants to travel the world by him s... Read the rest of this Review

Good game, good times.
Making short review about my first Pokémon play I played, I try my best to remember what kind of game it was, because it's been years I last played this game.

GRAPHICS:  7

Well I think the graphics are pretty good for game boy game and I really liked how all those Pokémon's look like. One of my favorites are Pidgeotto because it looks like a fat pigeon : D And there are lot of other cool and pretty funny looking sprite's in this game, and in my opinion it is a good thing that not all of them are so "perfectly" made. And the Cities/towns looks pretty nice and organized so you don't get lost when your in the city..... And about the caves, they look pretty dull to me, there aren't much anything interesting..... Just rocks and stony walls, but I guess that's what the caves are all about dark and dull. Anyways... Mainly I liked the graphics and there wasn't really anything that annoyed me about it, or maybe those caves because they were so boring looking....

SOUND: 8

Alright so about the sounds, I remember one sound that was so annoying I HAD to turn the volume to zero.... And it was when your Pokémon's HP dropped -30%? And it started to do that annoying peeping sound...... But that was If I remember right the only annoying sound in the whole game... The music's were great I loved them, especially the gym battle theme! It gave me some boost and always put the volume to the maximum when I faced one of the leaders. And there was this spooky Lavender town theme that gave me the creeps, but still liked it.  So overall the sounds and music's are pretty good compared to other game boy games, don't really know what else to say about this so I just move on.

ADDICTIVENESS: 9

This game was reaaally addictive when I was a young boy and I think it still can be for some of the newer generation kids, even thou I think most of them like to play much newer Pokémon games like black and white or X and Y, b... Read the rest of this Review

Final Fantasy VI Advance Review
This is my first review, hope I do this right.

Story: The story is same as in original super Nintendo version, about 1000 years ago there was a war called "War of the Magi", when humans and espers (magical creatures) were fighting against each others. First they lived in harmony, but humans lust for power was too strong and they wanted to harness espers magical energies to them self. 1000 years have past and espers has been gone the whole time, until the Empire noticed that there is a frozen esper in a mining town called Narshe. Empire sended their best soldier Terra Branford and 2 other soldiers (Biggs and Wedge) to investigate this esper.... What will happen next? You will have to play the game to know more....

The story is very interesting because, when you start the game. You will get some interesting information about the games history and you want to know more, soo you have to play it more and more to get more knowledge. There isn't really any boring parts so where every you have to go, you will do it without any "daaaamn not this sh*t again, getting sick of this.:" attitude. Best part about the this game is that there is 14 playable characters AND everyone of them (expect 3) has their own side story, so you will be able to know more about their past and personal feelings, and what kind of persons they really are. SO there is a fantastic main story and very interesting side stories that makes this game one of the best Final Fantasies I have ever played. I will give 9, the reason why I didn't give 10 was that the ending was a little disappointment, but still a great game.

Depth: There is be some spoilers here so read with care..... If you want to speed run this game, I believe it is possible to do less than 10 hours, but because there is lot of side quests and lot of espers hidden in the world. The reason why I like this Game boy Advance version more than the original is that there is 2 new dungeons hidden. First one is called the Dra... Read the rest of this Review

Chocobo Breeding
I will tell you how you get the Green, Blue, Black and Gold Chocobo's, First you need these following things so it will work.

- You have to be in DISC 2 so you have the Airship Highwind.

- You need Cloud to do this. Dundudundun.

- Go to the Chocobo Farm and buy 6 Chocobo Stables, one costs 10,000 Gil so you need to have totally 60,000 Gil to buy them all.

- Buy Chocobo Lure, you can buy it from the Chocobo Farm.. Talk with that Bill guy it costs only 2000 Gil.

- Go to the grass area near Bone Village. (The northern island in the map.) Equip Steal materia and when you encounter that big lizard named Vlakoradoses, steal 3 Carob Nuts from him. He has lot of HP so make sure you have Demi or Laser (enemy skill, you can learn this from the Corel Prison when you fight against Death Claws.) so his HP will drop faster.. You can also buy them from Chocobo Saucer's Wonder Square, but one will cost 500 GP.

- Then fly to the Goblin Island, it is located in the Northeast corner of the World Map, it's that tiny island where is a forest, there you will encounter Goblins, steal one Zeio Nut from them.

- 40 Sylkis Greens, they can be bought from the Chocobo Sage (He lives in the northern island, there is this lonely cabinet some where in the mountains so you need the Highwind to go there.), one Sylkis green costs 5,000 Gil so you need to have 200,000 Gil to buy them all.

- This is not essential, but recommended, you should buy the Life time pass to Gold Saucer, it costs 30,000 Gil.

- Soo totally you should have at least 292,000 Gil's to do all this, if I counted correctly.

So first of all buy those stables, buy some Gyshal Greens, or any other green, but they are the cheapest ones, then fly to the Chocobo Saucer area there you can find some chocobo tracks, equip Chocobo lure and when you encounter Chocobo throw him some gyshal greens and kill the enemies that are protecting him. Now you sho... Read the rest of this Guide

Materia List

First I explain a little about
the materia's.

Magic Materia: So the green materia's are
called Magic materia's, in older Final Fantasies they were called Black and
White magic, so if you familiar with them no need to read this. The green
materia's includes elemental spells like fire, ice, lighting, earth etc.. Some
let's call them status effect materia's example Seal materia, you can inflict
sleep and silence to your enemies. And also Cure (restores HP) and Life that
revives your fallen comrades. You can also combine most of these materia's with
the Support Materia's, I explain them next.

Support Materia: Blue
materia's are called Support Materia's, there are useless if you don't combine
them with green, yellow or red materia's.. So you could say they enchant your
other materia's. Example: Cloud has Buster sword and it has two slots that
looks something like this O=O when there is = between two materia slots that
means you can combine green/red with a blue materia, If you put Cure Materia in
the left (or right) slot and All materia (first support materia you get) then
you can cast cure to all your allies at the same time, there is also lot of
different Support Materia's.

Command Materia: Yellow
ones are Command materia's, and those gives you extra commands in the battle,
example if you equip Steal Materia you can steal items in battle.

Independent Materia: Some of
these purple materia's increase your stats or give's you auto-abilities,
example if you have Long Range Materia equipped you can attack from back row
and inflict the same amount of damage to enemy as you were in the front row and
you defence is higher against pphysical damage.

Summon Materia: These red materia's are
called Summon Materia's, with thes... Read the rest of this Guide

Enemy Skills
First of all you need the Enemy Skill materia.. The first ES materia you get it from Midgar after beating Hojo's specimen. The 2nd materia you can find in Junon there is this underground place where you can learn basic stuff it's in there.... And the 3rd one is in the Forgotten Capital, you get it  before DISC 1 ends.. And the 4th and last (pretty useless I guess.) You get it from the Chocobo Sage's lodge in the northern mountain, but you need Airship to get there, just "talk" with the green chocobo and it will drop it.

So let's start this....

Matra Magic: This is the first Enemy skill you can learn, first place to get this is just outside of Midgar.. You get it from enemy called Custom Sweeper, it is pretty decent magic. Deals non-elemental damage to all enemies and costs only 8 MP.
You can also learn it from Bullmotors, they can be found in the Corel Prison. And Death Machine does Matra magic too, you can find it from Junon where the soldiers are training in that tunnel, just press the alarm button and they will appear eventually.

LV. 4 Suicide: This you can learn from those little squirrels called Mu and Trickplay.. Mu's can be found near the Chocobo Farm and Trickplay's are in the Icicle area (grass).. LV. 4 Suicide is good spell it damages equal to 31/32 of target's current HP and casts Small to those whose level is divisible by 4 and it costs only 10 MP. .And this is also needed to get the Chocobuckle spell.

Chocobuckle: This one is pretty tricky to get, there is exactly two places you can get this spell. Near Chocobo Ranch and in the Mideel area, first you have to buy some Mimmett greens from the Chocobo farm and then equip Chocobo Lure Materia (You can buy this from Chocobo farm.) Then find some chocobo tracks, and when Chocbo appears in the battle throw one Mimmet green so it starts to eat it, and then use LV. 4 Suicide on it, if the chocobos level is divisible by 4 it will cast Chocobuckle to the one who casts L...
