Pokemon Emerald - Complete Hoenn Dex Edition

Just to let any potential players know, unless someone can tell me where it is, because I've been through Artisan Cave many times, the Aurora Ticket is missing from the game. As such, Deoxys cannot be caught.

I've been sitting on the screen where you choose your character for around 10 minutes just because of Bad Apple... I like this game, already...

Does anyone know how to exchange the backup memory? I went through this entire game thinking that it wouldn't be a problem if I used save state. Now, I've just defeated Blue, but it won't save and it just puts me right back to the beginning. Please help!

Pokemon Glazed (beta 7: final)

@adde1er You can't. It doesn't let you. The game has a massive bug that makes encountering them impossible.

Does anyone know how to get Entei, Suicune and Raikou? The method of getting them in the last game (using Dig or an Escape Rope at the top of the Bell Tower) doesn't work any more. I can still see them at the lower left of the screen.

Does anyone know why there are graphical errors (the screen goes dark in places, making it difficult to play)?

Can't wait for the full version. Until then, there's no point in wasting my Viz and doing it all over again when the full hack comes out.

Tom and Jerry Tales

A nice little game
Do you remember our favourite rodent and moggy battling it out on television with some form of cartoon violence such as a frying pan that, as kids, we obviously found hilarious? I never forgot this joy (if you could indeed call it that). That is why this game was an exciting prospect for me and I'd certainly play it again (albeit, for reasons that I can't completely comprehend).

Graphics:
Excellent for a Game Boy game. Some images even look like they've been pulled straight off the show (which they most likely have been). The game itself is of good quality in that it is very clear and it is easy to see where you are going, unlike some other games of it's kind.

Sound:
The sound is excellent. The theme song of the game is almost exactly like the theme song that you would hear on TV, as is the other music which maintains the liveliness that we have all come to expect from the TV show.

Addictiveness:
Despite how easy this game is, there is just something about it that makes me want to continue playing it. It's most likely just the tantalizing prospect of hitting Tom over the head with a frying pan or engaging in some other form of amusing hi-jinks which ends in the inevitable defeat of our favourite moggy.

Story:
There is not much of a story. Tom's owners are out and Tom decides to do the thing he does best (or worst, depending on the viewpoint). Chase Jerry. Leaving out cheese, Tom lies in wait for Jerry to emerge. Jerry, seeing the cheese, checks his fridge and, surprise surprise! His cheese has run out! Now it's time to gather up all the cheese while avoiding Tom. Jerry must navigate his way through his mouse holes in a plaformer-style gameplay and play mini games where Tom inevitably ends up sporting some kind of new bruise such as sawing the legs off tables to allow the table to hit Tom on the head or to fire toast in his face from a toaster. Each minigame ends with a picture of Tom in a hilarious situation ... Read the rest of this Review
Wendy - Every Witch Way
08-31-13 11:31 AM
Excellent game. However, I noticed a few graphical errors.
Graphics - Compared to other games on the Game Boy Colour, the graphics of Wendy: Every Witch Way are surprisingly detailed. With charming cartoon-style graphics and a detailed background, this is a game that is certainly worth playing. However (and I'm not sure if I'm the only one who has encountered this problem), there have been many points during this game where I have found objects disappearing and - at some points - I've even lost sight of Wendy. These missing objects can only be seen when the player jumps. I am sure that this may only be a problem that occurred when the game was uploaded, but it does hamper the game play, especially when the timer goes missing and the player can't see how much time they have left.
Sound - The music is rather charming. It highlights the fact that she is a young witch in a dark castle without being the slightest bit ominous. Compared to many other games, the music sounds crisp, clear and is very easy to fall in love with. It sounds very mystical. Very fitting for a young witch.
Addictiveness - With all of the mazes and monsters to destroy, this game could be considered very addictive, especially as it can be hard to get past all of the monsters (some travel at different speeds), which can be frustrating but also makes you want to play on and beat the level. Not to mention the fact that everyone wants to find out whether little Wendy manages to fix her mistake or not.
Story - Wendy the Good Little Witch has upset the laws of gravity after opening a chest that she found inside her house. The player must guide Wendy through a maze-like castle and defeat various monsters with her magic wand in order to find the Moon Stones which will help her to restore gravity. The game also contains four bonus levels in which the player can guide Wendy along on her broomstick, avoiding flying objects and destroying monsters. A very compelling storyline from such an old game that keeps the player inte... Read the rest of this Review

The glitch isn't hard to bypass...
The house glitch isn't hard to bypass. You have to get the parcel and lose on the first route without entering the first Pokémon Centre. You'll lose money but you'll be sent straight home. The Gym Leader will have returned to the Gym by the time that you return to the town again so it is possible to continue the game.
