Mega Man 4

The Blue Bomber Saves The Day!
The Blue Bomber comes back again in this fourth installment in the now immortal Mega Man game franchise, this time he is joined by a new friend Eddie who is a small robot that appears about four times in this game giving Mega man a item which will range from energy,  weapon energy, a free life, or the very rare occurrence a energy canister.
This time the Enemy is apparently not Dr. Wiley it is a scientist and master robot designer named Dr. Cossack (I think I spelled that right) Dr. Cossack has created eight powerful robots of his own to take down Mega Man.
You play through like all the others once again collecting the powers of the defeated robots and using them to defeat the others.
There are two hidden powers in this game which are not really that difficult to find once you know where to look, these hidden powers are the Balloon which creates a Balloon for Mega man to stand on but it disappears quite quickly, the other is a wire which can only be shot up it is used to go up and reach higher places.
This game also has in a couple of stages the chance to go in two different directions to reach different areas.
Once you reach Dr. Cossack's stages you travel through them beating his bigger boss robots, finally reaching Dr. Cossack once you beat him Proto Man appears bearing a little girl who tells you to stop hurting her father that he is a good man, she was kidnapped by Dr. Wiley so her father would attack you.
So you set off after Dr. Wiley, this time however the boss robots from Mega Man 3 are nowhere to be seen you just have to fight the eight robots from this game again then it is straight to Wiley right after, once beating him there you have to fight him one more time , but no weapon will harm him except one.
This game goes back to the beginning like part 2 it has a story at the start great move, the music keeps getting better with each game.
The cover now feature's starting with part 3 our actual Blue Bomber, which is a gre... Read the rest of this Review
Mega Man 3

The Blue Bomber Strikes again
He is back once again Mega Man returns in this third instalment in the series, to once again battle Dr Wiley and save the world.
Eight new robots stand in your way, of reaching Dr Wiley.
This on feature's all new characters, the most important of these is Mega Man's faithful companion and best friend Rush the robot Dog.
Hey Dogs are man's best friend right, well man has never had a friend quite like this dog can transform into a jet, a pogo spring, and a submarine, I need one of those myself.
This game also feature's other new character's such as the mysterious Proto Man, who is Mega Man's older brother Dr. Lights first creation while he is just a protype he causes some problems for Mega Man showing up 6 times in the game you have to fight him 4 of these times.
Weirdly enough there had to be some mistake made while creating the game because in play he is called Break Man but when the ending shows Dr Light calls him Proto Man?
What is going on there?
Also it appears Proto Man is working with Dr Wiley, but he also helps you at some points in the game what are his true motives?
The game play is very similar to the others defeat the boss robots take their powers and use them to defeat the others and Dr Wiley.
You also get to fight the boss robots from the second game again without the prize of taking their powers sadly once again.
The Music and graphics are very well improved in this game,as well as the new boss robots their powers are far superior to the boss robots of the second game.
Also Dr Wiley's stages are more vast and harder then ever before, which is why these games keep going so strongly, every one of them gets harder and better.
This game is another classic and shows who the boss is The Blue Bomber.
The only problem I have is this game went back to the way the first one was with no story opening at the beginning, although it does have a story part before you head to the Dr. Wiley stages and at the end of th... Read the rest of this Review
Friday the 13th

Your Dead?????????? WTF???????
Ok Friday the 13th the game fans of the movie series cried, and waited in anticipation for the release of this uh piece of um wait can't say that here.
Friday the 13th the game is based off of a very popular horror movie franchise, and that's exactly what fans were given with this game, a horror.
You start off with a rock you are told to light the fireplaces with a torch, well you finally get what they are talking about but wait, since when is a zippo lighter a torch??
If this was supposed to be a reference to the English (UK) torch, then shouldn't it be a flashlight?
Sorry I am rambling.
Anyway you walk around listening to the same music repeat in an endless cycle collecting torches (shudders) throwing rocks at zombies?
Wait is this Friday the 13th or dawn of the dead? What ever if you are lucky you will get a knife which will actually hit the zombies all the time not just once in a while.
So you are walking around killing zombies all of a sudden a blaring annoying alarm goes off oh the campers are in trouble look at the map, ok it is the cabin down and to the left, so you walk that way and , WTF? You have gone up and to the right how in the dang kids died.
Ok now you get the torch you go into the cabin spend 10 minutes trying to find the fireplace light it spend another 10 trying to leave the cabin, sometimes while you are in the cabin Jason pops up and wants to box like in Punch out.
So you can switch between different character's but lose all the items you had unless you switch while in the cabin they are in and give them the items.
You also walk through woods and caves fighting wolves and bats ok I can see that you also fight Jason's mother's head which looks like Medusa and flies. A flying head?????
Also at night Jason randomly pops out and attacks you trust me you need the knife to beat him.
The point of the game is to light all the fireplaces and keep your people alive, once you light them all it is the final s... Read the rest of this Review
Mega Man 2

The Blue Bomber Returns
The Blue Bomber is back, once again saving the world from the evil Dr.Wiley.
Mega Man 2 was the hoped for squeal in the series, and it lived up to the hype in my eyes, it had it all new villain's, new stages, new music which was not as irritating, some new little robot baddies, and even more new power ups to help get around with.
This time there was a brief story explanation added to the beginning, as well as a killer music byte to start it off that already shows great improvement.
After escaping from Mega Man the last time Dr. Wiley returns but this time he creates some robots of his own, eight of them to be correct.
Of course he also has his bigger robots to guard his castle in the final stages of the game.
Like the last game you defeat his robots and take their powers and use them to defeat the others, catching a repeating factor here? Well you better that's all the games in the original series baby.
Along with the powers you take from the boss robots, you get 3 other powers simply name Item 1, Item 2, and Item 3, you will know you have gotten them when after it tells you what power you got from the boss robots your screen will flash red saying Item 1 or whatever is ready.
Now you go through the stages in the same side scrolling fashion as the others, still a great game.
Now fans of the first game will be happy to know that the robot bosses from the first game appear in this one also as sub bosses, and yes you still fight all eight of Wiley's robots twice once to get their powers then again in Wiley's castle.
The only thing I did not like about the reappearance of the robot bosses from the first game is you do not get to take their powers this time. It sucks I know.
I myself wish you could.
Now while some of the powers you get from the bosses may seem worthless do not count any of them out, they are all very valuable.
The last boss battle shocked many people because of what happens I will not tell the ending if you ... Read the rest of this Review
Pokemon Red

Pokemon Red A Legend is born
Pokémon Red Version one of the two that started the craze is still alive in many fans hearts, and souls, this game had it all, a fantastic story line, epic character's, the chance to travel, more to do then just move from place to place fighting the villain's, and of course a rpg feel to the game.
You are a young man named Ash, (or whatever you name him) leaving your home to become the worlds best Pokémon trainer, to do this you must defeat the elite four, who are the current best of the best. To do this though you must catch and train your own team of Pokémon, who are wild animals or to us monsters I guess.
(I call them monsters because the Japanese name if I am correct is Pocket Monsters.)
Standing in your way of completing this goal are a couple of factors, a group of evil Pokémon trainers and thieves Team Rocket led by their leader Giovanni, also in your way are the eight Pokémon gym leaders who you need to defeat in order to claim the gym badges needed as proof to enter the elite fours Pokémon tower, also in your way is your rival Gary (or whatever you name him) who shows up from time to time just to see how your training is going and to tell you he is better then you, and try to prove it.
Along the way you meet many character's none more important then Professor Oak, who is a you guessed it Pokémon professor, he gives you your first Pokémon, and sends his assistants to give you valuable  equipment at times.
You also will have to find Hm's (Hidden Machines) to progress in the story as well as a slew  of other items such as different poke balls, potions, ect.
There are 150 different Pokémon to catch, some are just evolved forms of others, yet there are catches to getting all 150, some you need to trade via the link cable to get the final evolved form, others you will have 1 chance of getting such as the three legendary birds, one you need to catch with the master ball but you have to ...
