| If you're interested in helping out with Vizzed Flash Bash but don't have the money to donate, there are plenty of other ways of helping out. If you're interested in any of these, please reply in this thread saying why you qualify for that position. You can also take more than 1 position. Also keep in mind, you would be working for free (since that is the point of this) but it would be good portfolio work. Some of the ways you can help out include: -AS2 Coding: adding new features to the game -AS2 Coding: giving the game online multiplayer capabilities -PHP Coding: getting the game to communicate to the site and logged in users in order to store stats, etc... with php -Graphics Ripper: ripping graphics from various games -Graphics Designer: designing graphics for the game -Graphics Flash Editor: using flash to put together the graphics in a usable way in a movie clip as they currently are -Sound Ripper: ripping sounds from various games -Music Ripper: ripping music from various games -Music Composer: composing 1 or 2 songs for the game or even putting together a beat together based on game sound effects -Animator: put together an animation to be used as an intro; this may or may not use the character graphics -Comedian: someone with a good sense of humor to put together some idea's for some humor for in the game -Other: if there some othe way you think you can help that I haven't already listed, please post how else you can help (edited by Davideo7 on 08-12-08 08:27 AM) |

| Janine: There are many threads in this forum, you can go thru them to read what the game is about. Probably the thread that best explains the game is this one. Zylo: Flash doesn't support midi files so you'd have to convert it to MP3 format. I was thinking of getting music created/composed for the menus and title screen. It can either be a composed song or a beat put together using game sound effects. If you go with the beat, I can get you all the sound effects for the 4 games used for this game. |

| I know a way to record music from roms, but you'd have to make sure none of the sound effects happened since they would be in the song too. Also I know a place where you could get some megaman 2 or 3 music remixed and awesome. And all you'd have to do is give the guy credit. And actually it may be better to use a place like OCRemix for all our music, I'm pretty sure they say you can as long as you give the user at OCRemix credit. |

| The current music in the game are rips from the original games but I am definitely open for some remixes from OCRemixes. As a matter of fact, thats where I went first but couldn't decide on what to use so I just went with the rips. We could however use a remix for like the title and menu screens, a remix that is based off multiple games (if they have anything like that). We could also do with Super Smash Bros Brawl does, play a random song for each level. So with VFB, each level would have 2 potential songs, one from the original game and a remix. What do you think?
