The Playstation 4 version is included in the Japanese version of Mary Skelter 2.

It must be mentioned that this game isn't an exclusive, sure it says ''Exclusive: Yes'' on this page, but Mary Skelter: Nightmares isn't a PS Vita exclusive anymore, you can also get this game for PC (it's on Steam and GOG.com) and also for Playstation 4.
