Flash Game Design:
 
Not only can I make just about any kind of 2D game in flash, I also know how to make them fun and unique! I've been playing games for 20+ years and I've probably played over 1000 games in my life time so I've got a brain that's been conditioned for designing video games filled with many idea's and I know what's fun and what isn't fun.
As a Flash Game Designer, I usually like to work at a rate of $25 - 30 an hour. The price of a game really depends on how complex you want it, how big you want it, etc.

I can make side scrolling games like Super Mario Bros, I can make make classic arcade games such as Pacman, etc... and not only can I make these games, but I can make them so that when someone plays the game, their high scores get submitted to a database and they can compete with other users across the internet in a High Scores Table!
I can also put together online multiplayer games. Although I'm limited as to which kind of multiplayer games, I can make anything that isn't fast paced such as board games like chess or card games like pokemon (as long as I have a database to store the actions of each user to).
I'm young myself so I know what is considered fun among young gamers AND older games. I've been playing games since I was 3 years old so I have a very good idea on what makes a game fun and addictive. I've also gone through at least a half dozen video game tutorials in flash. I'm also fantastic at creating unique and original games.
All the games I make I can make all the graphics, do all the coding, record all the sound effects (completely custom flash games). The only thing I cannot do is compose music.
To get an idea as to how much a game would cost to make and how long it would take, here is a list of commercial games and how long it would take me to make them and how much I would charge; please note, I would not actually be making these games but games that would be similar:
