Vizzum 10-10-15 - 04:54 AM @Luxoway I played through this game recently and didn't encounter such a bug. Are you refering to the last Gym Leader who lost the badge? You have to go back to Charcoal Town and beat Team Racket and then the Gym Leader shows up with the badge.

Luxoway 05-18-15 - 08:42 PM I found a bug where I can't get the final Kohto badge, but it seems I am able to progress to victory road anyway. Just a heads up for anyone else that encounters this bug.

CameronWeage 11-13-13 - 07:10 PM after getting surf go back to peel city and go right out of the city and keep going. you will reach a water route. use surf and the rest of the game is pretty straigt foward. the route number is route 11. the sign says PEEL CITY- ACRE FOREST.Look for H2O
