Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 MordecooLol23
Overall: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 is a sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, obviously. It is a classic beat em' up game where you star as anyone of the 4 turtles, Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello, and Leonardo. In my opinion, I think that Donatello is the best turtle in this game because he has the Bo that has a long range to attack enemies. This game doesn't have a wide variety as far as foot soldiers. I believe there is only 5 or 6 kinds of foot soldiers. The music in this game should defiantly go onto your IPod right now. In conclusion, this game has many great things about it. Pretty much the fact that you are fighting as turtles and you have weapons sells it right there. This game is a must play if you are a big TMNT fan. So I score this game overall a 9/10!Graphics: The graphics in this game aren't too special. They are pretty standard like any other mediocre Nintendo game. There are some parts of the game that stand out from the rest, but I guess since it is a beat em' up style game, you aren't supposed to pay too much attention to the background unless you want to get annihilated. The turtles have their own distinct green color separated from the rest of the scenery so you can actually tell who you are controlling. The foot soldiers have different colors depending on what their particular skill is. Whether it be throwing stars, just punching you, or stepping back 40 feet and jump on top of you. Bottom line is that the graphics are average for an NES game. Nothing special here.Sound: The sound in this game will get your head bopping to every song the level brings. You will never get tired of the music in this game. Konami usually does a good job making great music for their games. This is not one of those games where you will hear the same darn soundtrack throughout the entire game. No, you will want to finish the level just to hear the next epic song that awaits you. I have at least 2 songs from this game on my IPod, they are that good. Trust me. So, for that, I give the sound a 10.Addictiveness: This game is very addictive. Every level brings new challenges as to terrain, new enemies, or level bosses. The level bosses keep getting harder as you go along. Well, at least I hope they would because that is what games generally try to do. The bosses are the same as the "bad guys" in the cartoon series. Shredder is the last boss and he is very difficult to beat. The game is very repetitive in terms of enemies. This is one of the better beat em' up games for the NES. My only problem with this game is the enemy choice. If there was more enemies to fight, then I would score this part a ten, but for my only gripe, I give the part a 9.Story: The story is that the turtles are having a nice day or week or whatever on the beach in Florida, and then all of a sudden, New York is being over taken by Krang and his gang. Ha, see what I did there? Anyways, you have to make your way back to New York, or what is left of it, and take it back from the evil Krang. You can choose between 4 turtles. Michelangelo has nun-chucks you can use to wrap around your enemies and squeeze their necks off. Donatello has a Bo that can slice through any foot soldier. Leonardo has machetes that can easily take off a finger with just a swish of the sword. And last but not least, we have Raphael who has sais that he can throw at people and pin to walls. The story isn't too in depth to much so I gave this part a 6.Depth: Like I said before, this game doesn't go in too much depth as far as a beat em' up game. But that is understandable because all the gameplay should be is go around beating enemies up. It's simple, but since it has all the other components that make it a great game, it doesn't really matter. There really isn't really much else to say here, so I gave the depth a 6.Difficulty: This game isn't really too difficult if you focus and have fast fingers. If you have a friend playing with you, your chances of beating the game are much higher if you are playing by yourself. I have beaten the game in one go without having to use a continue once. So, beating the game by yourself can be done. The purple soldiers are really hard to kill because all they do is bunch us and box you in so you have to use that move where you throw the guy over your head. You will find yourself using that move a lot. So, I have given the difficulty of this game a 7.

TMNT III - The Manhattan Project Review Marcmoney
Overall - 8
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - The Manhattan Project is a fun game to play on the NES. It sure has great levels and 4 ninja turtles that you can choose to be. When I tried this game, it was really good for an NES game. I thought it was going to be one of those games that were impossible to beat, but no, it is just right. The best thing about this is the 4 ninja turtles, like I said, and you can choose either one of them.
Graphics - 9
The graphics are well-made for an NES game. It sure has awesome effects too. Pretty much the same quality in effects, so I am guessing that it acts like an arcade game.
Sound - 9
The sound is good quality. It has perfect songs in every level. The sound effects are amazing! They should have put a saying on some turtles like "Kowabunga" (I do not know how to spell that lol), so instead, they just move on the the next level.
Addictiveness - 5
It is a 50/50 chance that I would play this game again. It is fun, but on the other hand it is an NES game and it is quite difficult. I probably would play it more if I was playing with a friend or someone. I prefer playing with someone in this game cause it is really helpful when you are facing a bunch of enemies.
Story - 7
The story is okay. I get how something bad happens with the turtles and it is up to them to fix the problem. I think that the story is just like the ones from the first and second games on the NES.
Depth - 7
The game is pretty big. Lots of levels and great combos to do. :D The thing about this one is that you cannot get items and do special moves like on the Genesis or SNES consoles. All you can do is jump and hit in this game and get health items that are randomly in the game.
Difficulty - 7
The game is pretty hard. I lost 2 lives in the first level. To be good at this, you need to dodge their every move. Another thing is when you have one enemy on one side of you and the other on the other side attacking you. You just have to jump and get out of that position. I get tired of the enemies that can throw things at you and some that can hit farther.
Wrap Things Up...
TMNT - The Manhattan Project on the NES is a great way of not being bored. 2-player is in this game (if you didn't know) and it really helps. I recommend trying this game out, it sure is fun if you are a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan and that you enjoy playing arcade-like games. :)

Teenage mutant ninja turtles 3 review SacredShadow
Graphics: 8
The graphics on this game are pretty good and I have always liked the graphics for the tmnt games, they are awesome, these are a step up from the 2nd one and they are pretty clear too. I like the sprites of all of the turtles and also the enemies too, they are all very nicely colored and well designed. Overall I scored the graphics an 8 because they are very good and also a step up in comparison to the last tmnt game.
Sound: 8
The music for this game is awesome and really gets you in the mood for beating up some foot soldiers. Thats why I like it so much because they are fun and cool and they change with each level, they are awesome and they make the game enjoyable to play and they really set a mood and make for a competitive gameplay as well and and any game that does that is just awesome! I scored them a 8 because they make for a good and enjoyable gameplay.
Addictiveness: 6
All tmnt games are addicting because the game is fast paced and fun, despite how it can get tough sometimes from all of the foot soldiers overwhelming you at times, but you kind of have to get use to that though. You can play your favorite ninja turtle out of either donatello, raphael, michaelangelo, or leonardo. I personally play raphael because I like his special attack when you press both buttons. The gameplay is simple and the gameplay gets more challenging with more foot soldiers and harder bosses as you move up to shredder to save April. I scored the game a 6 for addictiveness because even though it gets overwhelming, it is still a very fun game to play and I enjoy the bosses and challenges that lead up to shredder.
Story: 6
As usual April O'Neil gets taken by shredder and you have to save her, pretty basic and that is the usual storyline for tmnt games, they all start like that and you have to fight through several levels to get to shredder and save her, nothing too new for tmnt, pretty basic gameplay with several levels with a boss for each, I scored the story a 6 because the story is pretty much like pokemon, it doesn't really change and the same thing happens but it does have a pretty good storyline throughout the game.
Depth: 7
This game offers a LOT to do, there are so many levels jam packed with enemies, foot soldiers and bosses on every level. Even though this game has a longer gameplay it is still fun to play and it never gets boring because there is always something to do. I enjoy the amount of content in this game, even the pizza time. I scored the depth a 7 because despite the challenges, there is so much to do and it id a fun game that will give hiurs of enjoyment and fun, and it is not the kind of game you beat in 5 minutes.
Difficulty: 5
The game can be challenging because of all of the enemies ganging up on you at times but that is what makes it fun and challenging and it makes you want to be better at it. Honestly who wan'ts a short, easy game with no challenges or obstacles whatsoever, that is no fun at all and it gets boring quickly. My definition of a good game is one that takes a whileto beat an is a little tricky as well, that's what makes it fun and addicting. I scored it a 5 because it is challenging and fun enough without it being completely impossible.
Overall: 9.5
Overall I enjoyed playing this game and all tmnt games in general because of the depth and challenging content in it that make it fun to play. I loved this game and had fun with it even though it was hard. I rated it a 9.5 because of how challenging and addictive the game would get. I recommend this game to anyone looking for hours of fun! It is a great tmnt game!
