Taz on the Atari 2600
So I've played this game on the Atari 2600 called Taz, a game which the main character is Tasmanian Devil ( also known as Taz ) He is one of the characters on the Looney Tunes show. (In my honest opnion Looney Tunes is great!) On the show, he can normally spin and he eats everything he sees. But we must talk about the game, so let's start!
Chapter 1: Graphics
This game really isn't that impressive in graphics (which makes sense since it's a Atari 2600 game)
It's not THAT detailed but you know what you're looking at so that's all that matters!
Taz has a really simple sprite which has 2 frames, it's just a animation that looks like sometype of tornado since when he spinned on the shows he would spin really fast and make him look like sometype of tornado. The second frame is just the same thing but with some edited pixels here and there.
Overall: The graphics are really simple just like a lot of games on the Atari 2600
Chapter 2: Sound
The sounds of this game is really not that good, and there's not much sound aswell, when Taz eats a food, he makes a little beep noise, and when you touch a dynamite it makes a little explosion noise but that's it.
Overall: The sounds are lacking and they are simple and basic, just like a lot of games on the Atari 2600
Chapter 3: Addictiveness
The game is a bit fun, I would probably play it for like 30 minutes if I had this game back in the day.
Overall: It's a game that you usually enjoy 30 minutes before getting bored of it.
Chapter 4: Story
Just like almost every Atari 2600 game, it doesn't really have a story.
Overall: No story at all.
Chapter 5: Depth
The game gets boring after a while, the levels are infinite, so there's no actual ending for the game.
Overall: No ending, randomly generated levels.
Chapter 6: Difficulty
The game is easy on the beggining, it does get faster and a lot of dynamites starts to appear, but it's not that hard to get the hang of it.
Overall: Easy to get the hang of.
This was my first review on Vizzed, talking about Taz on the Atari 2600, a game that I really never knew it existed, it's not that bad of a game and I would probably like this game if I had it back in the day.
