This is a fantastic hack. Almost as good (if not, better) as the original Super Metroid. The maps are huge, new items were added (such as the wall-jump boots), physics were changed (making the gravity effect stronger, causing you to jump/fall faster), the morph-ball speed is slowed down, and you shoot faster. Of all the Super Metroid hacks, this is probably the best (in my opinion). I've been trying to find this hack for about a half a year and am now looking forward to spending alot of time trying to beat this game. The only problem is that the ROM doesn't work on this site, so in order to play this game you must get your own emulator (SNESx9 works good, as does ZSNES(if you use the direct download, not the patch) and download the hack (which is hard to find. I found patches but you must have the Super Metroid(JU)[!].SMC ROM inorder for the patch to work. I will add a direct link to the game itself in the chat box). If you are a fan of Super Metroid and its various hacks, you have to play this one...in my opinion, it's the best one to date.

Chindogu 02-10-13 - 11:31 PM Didn't make it to the first boss and kind of annoyed at how much the enemies heath was raised. But glad to see that some sudle changes were made to game such as gravity and morph ball appearance. This is a game that i will keep coming back to.

is there any way to add patches to games on here? I found a site where you can get the patch for redesign, all you need is the origional rom of SM. Idk if i wanna download all the programs like Zsnes and winzip

I just get a black screen, but i can still access the emulator menu, which tells me the game doesn't work...that sucks...this is a really good hack too (they need more SM hacks on vizzed)!
