In case you were too lazy to look to your left, I'm Mario4245, and I'm here to give you all review on SEGASonic the Hedgehog! So lets

Graphics-10/10: Okay, this game's graphics rock! When I saw this game for the first time, I was all like "Whoa! Nice graphics!", and good GOD I was right to have that reaction! The animations are smooth, the sprites themselves are neatly detailed, and the stages are very polished and give a very nice variety. And besides, still more detailed, polished, and less blurred than Sonic Boom.
Sound-8/10: Let me get this straight, the music is superb, but the voice acting is my problem. And no, Japanese voices are not weird to me, after all, I am Japanese, but the constant "Whoa!" when your about to fall off an edge and the multiple "WAAAAAHHHHHH!" sounds that you hear in the, like first minute of gameplay really gets on my nerves, other than that though, the sound is awesome.
Addictiveness-5/10: For me, I only really play this when there's nothing else to do, and after I beat it, I play something else. The only other time I will repeat the game in the same time span is when "I'm too slow" at Eggman's Tower, or when I feel like getting a high score to be on the Vizzed game browser under "Latest high score". Other than that, I don't replay it.
Story-2/10: Sonic gets eaten by an Eggman monster-mobile, than he goes on an adventure after getting blasted away by Old Faithful. Jeez SEGA, do you even plot?
Depth-7/10: 7 short stages with narrow paths, badniks in only like 2 stages, rings every 5 seconds unless you crash and bash into some rocks, and a final level where you run out of an exploding building. Good depth, but not a lot of it. But the stages do have some nice variety.
Difficulty-4/10: The game is very simple, with trackball controls, well in Japan at least, but one button makes the control work well. The REAL challenge comes from the stages themselves, with narrow paths, lots of death pits, jumps which require expert timing, sharp turns, being chased by monster-mobiles, water currents, robot sand worms, and tornadoes, which require you to go fast, makes the whole, yet small challenge come from the stages.
Overall-7.2/10: In the end, while not a bad game, its most definitely not the best. The graphics are amazing, but the voices can get very annoying, and the game is not packed with content, but the sound is amazing and its a lot of fun with friends. Also, really SEGA, I know it does not take ages to make a decent story, so next time, just try a little harder.

Segasonic the hedgehog,the jp arcade game SonicTailsSonAmy
Segasonic the hedgehog is an unbelievable arcade game! (And yes,Segasonic the hedgehog IS the true title of this game.) I first saw a YouTube video of it and i was like,"Man,i want to play this game!" Then i found out it was JAPAN ONLY. I really,I mean,I REALLY wanted to play this game!!! Then,the new plugin update came out and it introduced MAME Format,And one of the games on the list was Segasonic! And i was like,"YES!!! you guys are SMOKING GENIUSES!" But then,Another problem came to me. PLUGIN ONLY. And i was like,"WHY? WHY?" Then i got the plugin! I first played with my sister and the P2 controls were a problem,But mine were just fine! I ended up playing alone and it was fun-town there i went!

This is an awesome game overall.

The story is that the character you pick runs from eggman's... thingy. Whoop-de-do.

Not very deep.It's a 7 level game where a lot of hazardous thingy-dingys chase you.

Segasonic the hedgehog has a lot of difficulty in store. Even though i have a lot of credits through this method,One death in eggman's tower=Out of rank.
