So Addictive!   Likki
Graphics:
The graphics are normal :) But there are some sprite problems... I'll start of with the Back Sprite of Scraggy. It looks like it has been Hand Drawn... I Don't know if its with other sprites too, but Scraggy is one of them. And also the Pidove Sprite, it looks like it was made using the Wingull sprite, since the Pidove is floating in the air... Those are the sprite glitches I've seen so far, overall, the graphics are great!
Sound:
Not much to say about sound. Sound is perfect :)
Addictiveness:
I've got to admit, this game is really addicting, since the story is so interesting, and there are Gen 5 Pokémon :)
I also find it addicting because I just want to see what other Pokémon there are in the game, so I play it almost everyday xD
Story:
The story, like I said, is interesting and far more different from other Original Pokémon games.
Depth:
I'm not so sure yet how big the game is, since I'm half way through it, but it seems to be long to me :)
Difficulty:
Yet this game is awesome, its quite hard too. Your rivals will have really high leveled Pokémon, and really good Pokémon, and wild Pokémon you run into would be a low level, so it'll be hard to train.

Victory Fire   ProtectiveDragon
A very addictive Hack Poke'mon game, Victory Fire offers players a storyline as unique as other rewritten games, I loved this game automatically from the get go.
First off lets start with the most obvious:
- You're very clearly not in any recognizable territory of the gaming franchise, meaning no matter how many times you run through an area, you'll not find many similarities in the maps.
- The game starts off like good ol' Yellow version way back on the old GB, you get your first poke'mon, mostly because you have no choice in the matter as, Axew, a brilliant little Dragon whose Strength stat makes you look at Machamp like a sissy girl.
- Your character looks majorly different in most respects to previous characters, {exceptions being most obviously... other hack}.
-Gym Leaders are no holds barred "kick you in the keester", for those of you who need a helping hand with your first Gym I trained my Axew to level 19 and Ekans to 16, though I recommend you try and have the patience for one more each. They're almost ridiculously hard to beat.
these are a few of the massive differences in game play that would be experienced throughout the entire story line, I haven't gotten too far yet myself. *See Above*, for the reason. There are many species of Poke'mon to catch and at first it may seem a waste of your time training at the very beginning {unfortunately I won't spoil too much}, but I suggest burning through the first part as best you can.
The Music on the other hand seems to be distorted or comes across as discordant, whether this is deliberate or not I don't know though it does occasionally bug me when it switches about like it's on crazy pills. but I will put my foot down and say this is a good game and a must for avid collectors

Aesthetically Amazing   samyy
This game looks and sounds amazing. I dislike the fact you don't get to choose a starter. It is also quite difficult. The tiles and sprites are appear to be well done; the hacker obviously is somewhat professional, however it seems as if the main sprite runs into the back of buildings on many occasions.
Although difficult (so difficult i can't even get to the second gym) I will definitely keep playing, it's pretty addictive. The story line is very different from any other pokemon hack I've played before. I'm loving the fact that there's gen 5 pokemon :) the only thing that I don't like so far is the amount of grinding with wild pokemon that is needed to stop yourself from getting under leveled.
I''ll update later as I get further into the game.
Good gaming xx.

Axew evolves at level 35, which is odd- it's supposed to evolve at level 38. Anyone know where I can get a Dusk Stone to evolve my Lampent?

jerry.ferguson 01-31-14 - 10:53 AM
Keep battling and healing it and it should evolve around lvl 22-28. I have raised about 10 Pichus in different games and that is where all of them evolved.
ashoflatias 01-31-14 - 10:09 AM
how do i get pichu's happiness up enough that he evolves into pikachu
phantomdragon 12-14-13 - 09:36 PM
If you get the egg out of Box 3 it has Pokerus. It's good for EV training and it can be passed onto other pokemon. Just to let everyone know.

Is it necessary to use CUT on Axew? Stupid professor only showed up and gave pokeballs when I cleared the tees. I guess its impossible to remove that move now huh?
