Basically it enables a knife-like thing to appear when you press select, and when someone is in the path of it they disappear.

The knife is great for killing stray trainers...just don't kill: -Gary -Oak -Leaders/E4/Champion -anyone else in the storyline -legendaries this could mess up your game and lose your chance for something.
