Yngwie 11-16-13 - 04:14 PM I've seen Abra having swift.. I would rather give it confusion or psywave as a starter move. maybe even Recover to cover his low hp and weak defence. I mean, ghastly is invisseble at the beginning. Also. Swift base power is based on atk. Not sp.atk;)
