Patriotic Pinball Review by: kramer4077 - 5/10

Are you a patriot...try some pinball :)

Thanks for reading my review--happy gaming!  --kramer4077

Overall: 5/10--The theme of this Patriotic Pinball game is very endearing!  You play your way through American history and the pinball boards are decorated accordingly.  I can tell the makers put a lot of heart into this game, but when it boils down to it, it's just another pinball game.  The only thing to do in the game is hit the levers at the bottom of the game for the ball to bounce off of and try to score as many points as you can.  There were special spots on the board that offered a type of "mini-game."  However, there was nothing too exciting in those.

Graphics:  7/10--There are only two pinball boards for America on Duty and Road Trip Coast to Coast.  The pinball boards have neat designs on them, but are so intricate that everything is difficult to see.  When you hit the ball you are just hoping that it gets you lots of points and it doesn't matter where you hit it.  There are some special "mystery" spots on the board, but it seemed all those do is give you more points.  At least the boards do stay still while you are playing.  They don't zoom in on the ball like other pinball games do.

Sound: 5/10--It has some sound effects, as you'd expect from pinball.  There is the sound of bells when the ball hits them.  A commander-type of voice talks to you during the game.

Addictiveness: 4--I probably won't play this game again.  But if someone out there loves pinball this could be a neat little game for you!  The Patriotic/American History theme is really a nice concept.  I suppose it would be fun trying to find all the special spots on the board, like I found the Battle of Gettysburg.  It offers a fun way to review historical information.  Maybe someone studying for a history test would enjoy this game :)

Story: There's no story here.  Just your basic game of pinball.

Depth: 5/10--There are 2 pinball boards to play on--one is about American history called America on Duty and the other is called Road Trip Coast to Coast.  That's all there is in Patriotic Pinball, so there's not much depth.  Just try to score as many points as you can on those two pinball boards. There are other modes to play in, such as a tournament mode, however the game is always the same.  Hit the levers and score points.

Difficulty: 5/10--There is not much more to do than hit the levers at the bottom of the pinball machine to try to rack up as many points as possible.  At one point in the game I came to a Battle of Gettysburg game where I had to try to shoot down a cannon.  That was the extent of extra things to do in this game.  There seemed to be other special areas on the board, but it was total chance if your pinball would roll into those spots!

Patriotic Pinball Game Description

Patriotic Pinball accurately describes the theme of the game. There are two tables in all, each with their own different theme and different "missions" the players to accomplish for each table. There is Road Trip Coast to Coast, where the table mostly consists of American landmarks like the Hoover Dam and The Golden Gate Bridge. The other board is called America on Duty, where the underlining themes of this table mostly consists of the U.S. Military along with classic background battles like Gettysburg. There is also a three multi-ball games in each table. It also features patriotic themes such as notes from "Anchors Aweigh" and even "Taps" when the player loses their ball. The game is rendered with 3D graphics and has animated backgrounds.

I couldn't play this game sadly because I keep getting " lost connection " when I start the game. Even though I can't play Patriotic Pinball this does look fun to play since it's pinball, a game anyone could play.

Fun pinball game, but like all pinball seems the same after awhile and there's no real strategy involved.
