I have a Logitech WingMan Extreme Digital 3D but it's really glitchy, I'll work on it. Also sounds not in a game (Same for menu's in games) have really messed up sounds. Could you help with that?

You need a PC controller to play Dreamcast games. Although that isn't listed on the game window, it is listed in the RGR Plugin thread: http://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=8676
