CURSE THAT...Pink Hedgehog?
Introduction
    Hello and welcome to one of my bigger reviews. I'm Durell89 and this review is for Sonic's pink, wanna be girlfriend and stalker, Amy Rose in Sonic the Hedgehog. The last review I did for this girl was less than a week ago, when I finally got finished with that super long game Sonic 3 and Amy Rose or Amy Rose in Sonic 3 and Knuckles. I spent the last few months, working with Sonic hacks, trying to build a video library of these games for my Youtube channel, starting back with both Sally Acorn in Sonic the Hedgehog one and Sally Acorn in Sonic the Hedgehog two. When all the reviews and videos were finally done for Sally, I decided to finally take a interest in Amy Rose, whom is a rival for Sonic's love[Not really, but don't tell Amy fans that, because they can be vampires about this].

   I don't mind Amy Rose at all. It's just her crazy fan's and they're shipping wars that have turned me away from this character. You can't be a Sally Acorn fan, because they are so dead set on trying to force the Sonic and Amy relationship to work, when Sonic doesn't want any love life relationship with her ever. Amy is a balanced character in comics but when Sega writers for her, shes nothing more than a crazy fan girl whom only really wants to bump Sonic's brains out.

Story-10 out of 10
   Classic Sonic where he has to free the animals Egg man as enslaved and get the emeralds before he can and destroy the world. This game was when the story was fresh and before Sega over milked it to death and the game that shot the fire in the gaming wars with Nintendo and they're Super Mario.

This is a Amy Rose hack, so the story might be a little different.How about, Amy arrived at South Island looking for Sonic, because she had feelings for him. Once there she realizes hes currently nowhere in the area, which ends badly for because she soon finds herself in trouble with one of Eggmans evil robots. When backed into a corner and smashes one of the bots by mistake, she realizes its actually a real life animal that had been enslaved by Eggman. Amy could have waited for Sonic, but he was still nowhere near and time if she waited any longer, it might too late for not only the animals but the planet as well, so she takes her hammer and swings into action.

Difficulty-7 out 10
    It's business as usual just like with the regular none hacked Sonic game, because Amy blends in pretty nicely as if she has always been in the game. It's still best to learn how to use Amy, because the game will still get harder and it won't get any easier. She does come with tricks that Sonic could only dream of. A downward spinning smash and a much higher double jump that can be a bit over powered if used in the right situations. You can actually say, it makes the game a tiny bit easier.

Depth-8 out of 10
   Minus the hack, it's still Sonic the Hedgehog one. This game went on to forever be a classic, but is was lacking in some departments. Mainly the emeralds, which wasn't as worth it during this point, because collecting them all only really gave a slightly different ending and no super form like the next Sonic games. It's slightly longer stages with less levels, than Sonic two which has shorter stages but more levels. Also If you love speed games, smashing robots, escaping drowning at the last second and watching a mad man go down with the ship, than I strongly suggest you try this game.

Addictiveness-9 out of 10
   Of course it's addictive! It's a Sonic game and Addictiveness is what a classic Sonic do! Amy, can't run as fast as Sonic does, but shes

got the tricks, such as jumping three times higher and downward
smashing that make her just fun to play as regular Sonic or even give him a run for his money. No pun attended.

Graphics-7 out of 10
   Now if you are asking me why I gave this a 7 instead of at least a 8, is because this hack has somewhat ruined, the original color scheme and turned things slightly pink due to Amy being pink. It still looks great, but after seeing how good Sonic 3 and Amy Rose came out, this issue could have been worked fixed.

Sound-10 out of 10
   Not much to say in this area. The music is just as awesome as it has always been. Gaming music from a generation that actually more effort into they're work.
