I offer many different services regarding graphic design, all with a rate of around $12 - $15 an hour:

Graphics in General
I can create many kinds of graphics. Although below I cover just a few things I can do, I can do so much more than that. I consider myself an expert in both Flash and Photoshop when it comes to making graphics, and I've even done graphics for print. If dealing with graphics, whatever it is, I may be able to do it.
Photography Touchups and Manipulation
Using Photoshop, I can take an ordinary photograph and enhance, I can colorize a black and white photo, I can cut out objects of a picture and place them into another picture, and I can pretty much digitaly alter anything you'd want.
I've been using Photoshop for many years now and have gone through several tutorials and books in the program.
Price ranges would be between $5 - $50 a photo, it all depends on what I'm doing to it.
Vector Graphics and Animations
I can make vector graphics and animated vector graphics in Flash and Illustrator.
Using Flash, I can come up with and design a huge variety of graphics and/or animations. I've also got some skills in Illustrator, but I prefer working with Flash for making vector based graphics.
Logo's and Banners
Does your website or business need a unique logo or banner? Whatever you need a logo or banner for, I can create one perfect for your needs. Sketch out your idea and I can create it.
I charge around $50 - 250 per a logo or banner.
Cartoons and Characters
Using Flash, I can design unique cartoon characters or monsters. I can also bring them to live by animating them.
For any character I make for you in flash, I can make all the body parts completely moveable, create all the appropriate poses, and create all the requested face expressions. I charge around $500 - $1000 per a cartoon character.
I can also make short cartoon clips and animations. Contact me to negotiate a deal.
Sprites and Pixel Graphics
First off, check out my graphics portfolio under 'Sprites' to see some of my past work with Sprites and Pixel graphics. I've been making pixel graphics since I was very young. I can create animated character sprites, objects, weapons, backgrounds, buildings, etc for any use such as for games and/or icons.
