I´m looking for an art program. Nothing complex, just something simple enough to put small icons on. I´m looking for something that contains numbers inside circles, which I can place on my pictures.

I´m making a few guides for the games I´m playing, so I need something to make telling something visually a bit more clear. If I could add in extra space to tell what each number on the picture is for, then that would also be great.

You could use a program like GIMP to make the icons you want. It's free and could actually be used for more than that.
