I make an account for my nephew (17) and register him, but when I try to login for him on my TV(which is on my Home WiFi), I get the message "Can't login. Either you didn't type an existing username or typed the wrong password for that username."  Here is some additional information about his account in case you need to correct it, but I'll keep trying other avenues, because maybe I'm doing something wrong.
