I'm running into a problem where, when I load a game on the psx emulator or mame emulator. it will load a really tiny screen slightly up and to the left that is where the game is being played while the usual larger screen where the game would load onto remains black.

I can't say I'm very good with all the technical stuff regarding the RGR plugin, but what I can do is move this to the Retro Game Room forum. It's more likely that someone with a solution will find it there.
