My personal opinion would have to be the song Wood Carving Partita from Castlevania Symphony of the Night. https://www.vizzed.com/videogames/music.php?song=169908#player1?catid=0&trackid=0 this game is one of the best Castlevania games ever made, and has been mirrored (no pun intended) through many Metroidvania, games such as Order of Ecclesia and Portrait of Ruin. This piece seems to take on a very classical or baroque style, unlike any other music piece on a PlayStation game I've ever seen. It has also never been used in any other Castlevania game, making it one of a kind.
