Hi guys! So today i'll be showing you some art! Yay!... Wait... Why am i excited over my own art... That's pretty selfish-ish.

Anyway, this art is made without lines. "What? Impossible", you'd think. Well, you're wrong then! Because there is a technique where you can make a lineless character with shadow (recommended for depth) or make a lineless character with colored lines (easy for MS Paint) and of which may be called 'cheating' since there ARE lines. But nope, we're talking about black ones! Instructions-like steps are below!



This character is a character i always use. In here, she wants to sell games, comics and movies. Too bad she isn't real, otherwise i would buy them. Oh, and her name is Lucy.



This one has (according to recent feedback) some downs but also a few ups. The ups are the shadow, the lines (which lines? xD ) and the clothing. The downs are the head size (which will be changed from now on), the eyes (they look in a different way, but i can fix that later on. The left eye looks down and the other one up. Or... reversed?), the eye type (not realistic enough) and the shadow placing (i, myself, find it hard to place shadows right, it appears). Again, Lucy is the main character of this artwork. I made her eyes big to make her seem funny (or cute, it's up to you) and pink sailor uniform most girls in Japan have because... Why not?

Dude, these are really good! I've never really seen (or noticed anyway) lineless art, but I think it looks awesome. It makes things look more natural and really enhances the depth of the color I think.

I saw the second image posted in my discord server and I thought it was really cute, tbh I'd probably fall in love with Lucy if she was an irl person, she looks and I bet her personality is so cute ^^'

Really nice work, regardless of that fact you're using free software, right (Paint.NET), it's really nice.

Hm… It kind of looks like you've been learning how to use the Burn Tool or the Smudge Tool... Those are always fun to use. XD Good luck with practicing and making more drawings! =)

I think you did a fantastic job with these drawings! Like Eirinn, I hadn't known lineless art was an art form but I'm happy I clicked on this thread so I know now

I'll have to make some random and funny drawings/comics and post them on vizzed. Because vizzed is usually a great motivation for me to do something when I'm active enough here XD
