I am going to start playing guitar, but I need some songs to start off. Note, I won't be releasing anything for a while. I'm going to start searching for music to record. I'll add a link to the music when I get it.

All suggestions'll have to be for a beginner level.

Artists I like:
Chuck Berry
Beatles
Led Zeppelin
Rolling Stones
George Thorogood
Johnny Cash

This is just a suggestion as far as style.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Edit: I also am going to get a Harmonica, so you can list songs with that as well as guitar.

Songs suggested so far:
Satisfaction (Rolling Stones)
You Can't Always get what you Want
I've got a Feeling                                           [Vanelan]
Home of the Blues
Big River                                                        [My Suggestions]

darthyoda : Rolling Stones are fairly simple. Most songs are 3 or 4 chord progressions.
Beatles are similar.

George Thorogood is unique in that he will play a riff, then stop and sing. So, even tho its slightly more advanced, its not very difficult.

Led Zeppelin and Chuck Barry riffs are fairly advanced and you shouldn't expect to pick those up right away.

A few songs you could try to start off learning are Satisfaction, You Can't Always Get What You Want, and I've Got a Feeling.

Those three are fairly simple progressions and are very recognizable if you are looking to record them in the future.
