Do you often get discouraged at times with things?

So guys. We often, or most times get those days when we get discouraged about anything or something. I'm not going to lie I sometimes do. Then I make sure to try my best to not have it let me affect me, and always look to the positive to out shadow my thoughts about being discouraged about certain things. Being discouraged can really put people down get them annoyed, or angry so it takes someone to help them with what they need. I look to my friends for that, or if I can deal with it on my own to try, and find the solution to the problem, which I know would not be very easy to knock down. So how about you? How do you deal with this?

Well, yeah. I do get discouraged from time to time, and that's assuming I ignore the almost constant feeling of dread in the back of my head. For the most part I think everyone has their own demons in one way or another.

I personally struggle with mild depression, mostly caused from things like inability to accomplish certain goals and desires or things like the fact that despite being the reason I'm not in college getting a proper education, I'm still terribly addicted to video games.

But, I've also come to accept it as a fact; No one ever goes through life without pain or suffering in some form or another. On the other hand, that at least makes life less dull-We'd simply get bored if it was straight up bliss every single day.

I do tend to get discouraged, and in these seasons more than ever (I hate cold!).

Sometimes, I face too many problems regarding any kind of work I'm dealing with, At first, I'm out of me because of how much I always tend to anticipate situations, but after I accept the new situation I calmly think thoroughly of a way around it, if there's one.

If it gets too much for me to handle by myself, then I'm off to some entertainment with my friends. A simple thing like a Skype chat or posting around here can do because my mind can take a break for a while. Once I feel that my energies are renewed, I tackle my work again.

No, because I never even have enough courage to get to the point where I can get discouraged.

I usually just don't do things without even trying because I think about it and it tends to seem very useless to me. Otherwise if it's important, no, I don't get discouraged because I know it's something I have to do.

Yes the best thing to do is always look for another way around to tackle the problem, even though it wouldn't be easy. In time things would get better.

Eh, sometimes I guess, but it's very rare. It's really hard to discourage me. It's really hard to get an extreme emotional reaction from me either way, since I usually don't get really happy or really mad or whatever. I never really get discouraged to the point where I stop trying at something or quit putting in effort. I do get upset at times, but never really discouraged.

Yeah, that happens to me a lot. Almost every day.
Usually, when I get too stressed out or tired in class, I think something along the lines of, "Ah, screw this, I'm just gonna drop the hard courses, just get the standard diploma, forget the computer career and just go to an acting school, and do what I'm meant to do."
But usually that subsides when I've had a little rest, and done something to take my mind off it all.

Life's full of hardships, but it pays to trudge through them all instead of letting them kick your butt. Faking it 'til I make it may be difficult, but it's always good afterwards!

This will help boost up your confidence to be able to do the one thing, or things that would come in the stand in your way. Keep going no matter what obstacle you come in life.

Well, I'm going to be honest with you, this is a battle I face a lot. I live with very bad depression and anxiety. It comes in many forms for me. It could be anything from, why even brother will my school work today, or guitar playing, or even going to work. I may say it really sucks, but the best advice I can give you is this, what ever the reason is, remember you are only hurting you by not bettering you. Sometimes it is just best to take a deep breath, and jump right in. I also thing one thing to keep in mind is this; I try to have one day a week for me. Just set back and do the things I "WANT" to do. It gives you something to work for and look forward to.

So it depends how they were born, and what they can do to better themselves to fight discouragement. I do what I can, but mostly my pride and joy are my friends and family. Who always, and I mean always find a way to get me back to my feet so I just don't only do it on my own see? I like to look to other options. I am self help person, but I like to see what people or my friends can advice me on.

There are times, when I am working on a project and have a deadline that I get frustrated and discouraged, there are times when I am busting my ass, working hard at some things and I just wear myself down and get frustrated and discouraged. I think this happens to everyone. Maybe it's that I feel I want something to be as perfect as I can get it. This last 2 weeks, I been working on a video project for a friend, and it's been frustrating, and there was a few times I was cussing and said I quit, then I would get back working on it an hour or 2 later after I calmed down.

I really do like the way you think. You seem to have a very positive outlook, and I feel that is needed. I was thinking about this post last night, and I will say this to you. I'm really going to attempt to get all the things I need done and caught up this week.  If you would like I could keep you posted. Also, another thing I do is, keep a journal, and write when I get in one of my down moods. I feel if I can began to find the downfall, I can stop it from happening as much.

I don't often get discouraged but on the rare occasions I do, it's usually because I know I've tried everything humanly possible to help with something and it still didn't turn out well. Knowing that I've put in all of my best efforts and still could not receive a good result is a bit discouraging and gets me down a bit, but since I did put in my best efforts for it, I suppose that does count for something. *Hides the failed stick figure drawings* T_T Usually, I look on the sunny side, always on the sunny side~ especially in the face of adversity. To me, there's no point in crying over spilt milk and if at first you don't succeed, pick yourself up and try again~

I get discouraged quite often, but it's usually with work related stuff and when that happens, I usually give up. Mostly because I know that I might have tried to take on more than I could handle anyway, so I realize that it wouldn't have have worked out.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
