I never have, but I am an organ donor upon my death.

I never wanted to donate blood because I always thought it was a cheap way to make money (do they even pay you anymore nowadays?).

I've never donated my blood, since I have a horrible fear of needles. Just seeing them send the chill down my spine, and I don't even know why. Maybe it's because I've been growing up seeing my mother being hooked up to multiple needles during her time in the hospital due to multiple reasons, while one of them are relating to breast cancers. Because of my such fear, I don't know what type of blood I have.

Regardless the fact that I haven't donated my blood, I am registered as organ donor so I will still be able to help some people through that.

I have done this a couple times before, all of them were when the New York Mets were giving out free tickets for giving blood. It's not something I'm physically able to do often though, like once every couple of years.

I tend to do it whenever I am able to (There is usually a wait period until you can donate again so I usually just do it when that time is up). It's quick and easy so why not do it? You can end up saving a life.

I've never donated blood before. All throughout my time in high school they would always prompt people to donate blood for the blood drive, and I remember considering it, but more than likely my resolve wasn't strong enough and I never got around to actually donating anything. 

 I somewhat regret it now though because I've always been very curious about my blood type... It's something I've pondered for several years now without actually getting it checked out. If I ever hear of a blood drive on campus, I'll definitely give it a look. For all I know I might just have type O blood since one of my parents has type O.

I really do not like needles and I hate having to take blood samples at the doctors, as it hurts way more than a regular shot, so I won't be keen on it. I haven't but I definitely plan on doing so if I need to. I don't have a fear of needles or anything, I'm actually quite curious about the sensation honestly. Not in a creepy way or anything, I'm just saying life is about experiences and I want to experience a lot of things. That, and I believe in donating for a cause, and donating blood is a very important thing. A lot of people I know are afraid of needles and I don't entirely know why most of the time. It just seems totally illogical to me.
