I voted scrambled because I absolutely love them that way, a little on the soft side where they're moist. I also like them over-medium on occasion. It's really good when you soak up the runny yolk in a piece of buttered toast or a grilled cheese. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have to try that with a bacon grilled cheese some time...

I personally like them Over-Easy, they are soft but hard enough to contain the yolk so when you bite into it the yolk explodes into your mouth.....it's so good :3

I really like scrambled, since it just tastes so good :3. I like eggs in general, but scrambled is definitely the best~

I also really like mixing cheese with scrambled eggs as well. That just makes it taste so good, and the mixture of tastes is just amazing. Especially if the cheese is melted~

She later told my mom that she just added a little bit of milk to them and cooked them in sausage grease. She really was a good cook. It's a shame I didn't get her salmon patty recipe before she died.

Do not feel bad,I learned about it from Household Hacker. But it is no loss to me,I am not much of a milk person. And if you cook it in sausage grease it adds flavor and keeps it from sticking to the pan.

Good question here....I would say either fried or scrambled really. Sometimes I like to have omelette made from eggs but it depends though. I always have my eggs with bacon, sausages and beans the best way to go

I like to fry my own eggs. My wife goes eggs over easy so they can be all runny and yolky on toasted English muffins. I have the timing down to a science and I make them the exactly consistency she enjoys about 95% of the time. She likes that.

My eggs? Fried through and through so they're more like the cooked eggs on a egg and cheese sandwich. I also like to throw a heavy volume of spicy sauce on them to wake me up in the morning. Hot coffee, paired with habanero & mango pepper sauce, with eggs and some honey toast, make a nice little Sunday morning meal.

Yuna1000 : back when I was in high school I took a food services course for three years we used to make all kinds of fancy things but I never herd of tea leaf eggs I was just wondering if you could tell me what you do with the tea leaves?are they just put into the eggs to add flavor to them and then thrown away or do you actually eat them?I remember we used to use bay leaves in some soups to add flavor and then the bay leaves were thrown out so I was just wondering if the same thing is done with the tea leaves xd

Like most of the people to have voted and/or posted here, my favorite would have to be scrambled eggs. I don't really like poached and fried eggs, they're just not for me. I think sunny-side up eggs are alright, but they're definitely not my favorite. Hard boiled is ok as well, but again, not my favorite. Scrambled eggs are simply the best. They're very good, and you can add different things to it to make it taste even better.
