I think that could be more of a DS4 problem, rather than a vizzed problem. You might want to check their trouble shooting center to find out more. Unless if anyone else has a fix to it.

Well if you have the usb cord for that controller, all you would have to do is install the drivers on it, witch is done automatically, and than you should be all set. You wouldn't have to use a app or anything like that. If your computer has windows 10 and is blue tooth compatible than just go into settings, find the blue tooth icon, and pair your device. The buttons remapping them selves could either be due to DS4 or you forgetting to save the button layout on the emulators. I hope that solves your answer. If the problem continues than you may be better off using a different controller, or buying a pc controller off of Amazon. Those usually go for around 20 U.S dollars.
